My partner enjoyed our suite on the 10th floor. Our suite was clean, organized, and fresh. We appreciated the towel and trashcan refresh, even though we missed a full room service on our first day. Not to mention, the bed was comfortable and the staff was very accommodating.

I have stayed at a different Embassy Suites before and remembered that breakfasts were amazing. However, I wish this specific location had more options. Specifically, I wish that there were more meat options. The only option was bacon (for the omelets) and pork sausages, but my partner and I cannot eat pork at all.

The location is very central, the suite rooms are ideal for Aike, the staff is always friendly and helpful, the hotel restaurant is excellent, the food is delicious and the menu is healthy and satisfying, the patk place is sufficient.

On weekends, the noise level in the hotel increases with crowded families and organizations. In the evenings, when the dining hall is closed for use around 22:00-22:30 due to noise, there is no quiet place to sit in the hotel. If a family has 2 cars, the parking fee is approaching 70 USD and this fee is expensice, It's too much for long stays. The fee calculated on the hotel's Booking.com website increases considerably when taxes and parking are added.

The breakfast was great, the lady at the omelet station was kind and efficient . The room was big and spacious, plenty of space for all of us that stayed there . The parking was near .

I didn't like having to pay for the parking lot, I feel this should be an accommodation included with the booking fees . Additionally, the parking is not covered and paying $35 for one night seemed a bit too much . Also, the Wifi is not included and there was a fee of $5 , I also don't think people have to pay for it.

It’s clean but the staff are a bid rude to be honest. And gave me the run around

The charged me a $100 deposit and told me that the parking would be taking out of my deposit I agreed then they charged me an extra 37 dollars which didn’t make sense at all I only stayed two nights. Doesn’t make sense they scammed me. That isn’t right. So basically they over charged me I need to get in contact with a manager and get my $37 back that’s not right and I can’t even get in contact with anyone. Make this make sense

The hotel's breakfast was varied, sufficient and nice. Especially the fast and friendly service of the cooks who make omelettes, no matter how crowded it is, deserves to be appreciated. In addition, the bar-restaurant within the hotel is an example to many restaurants in terms of both food variety and food quality. As a family, we preferred the suite room. The room was both comfortable and very useful in terms of both usage and size. The presence of television in both rooms and comfortable comfy beds made for a nice stay. The hotel's parking lot is both open and closed, providing great comfort for its customers. Due to its central location, being close to shopping centers and being located next to a very nice and new business center provides a great advantage.

The place was like a local palace of luxury!!! The breakfast was delicious, everyone was friendly and professional, amenities were convenient, it was quiet and very picturesque. If I ever go to Orange county again, it will be specifically for this hotel.

I wish it had more dishes in the king suite, I also feel like there needs to be more options available for the gift shop.

Lobby restaurant and bar close at 10 on weekend. Should be midnight!!!!! Breakfast should be til 10 not 9:30 and no place to sit in Living Room unless you are eating or drinking at restaurant. Section off a gathering spot in This large area to just relax with friends!!!!

Room was comfortable and in decent shape. Staff was friendly, but had a difficult time getting housekeeping to come after 11:00 a.m. Good location.

Getting in and out of the parking structure; lift bar did not always work to get in or out. The sofa in the room felt dirty.
