The location was nice and close to the airport, as well as some nice eateries. The facility itself and our room were exceptionally clean. Pool area is completely covered so the sun wasn’t bothering us and we stayed cooler.

The free breakfast isn’t included in all reservations. Upon check in I was told I would get it, then after they realized they were checking in the wrong booking, they told me it DIDN’T come with mine. A bit noisy. We could hear everything happening in the halls.

Very central and practical location close to major roads, 405/5, John Wayne airport, and shopping/food. Easy parking. Easy in and out, access.

The shower water pressure was absolutely pathetic. I don’t get the Irvine hotel parking fees - weird - this is one of the worse ones - $30 per night!! Come on.

Everything was perfect for my sis and I spending Christmas in a hotel. So happy I chose this location. The ladies at the front desk were professional and kind. Our room was clean and comfy. We enjoyed our time on the outdoor patio. The hotel was quiet and a great location. I will be back. Thank you Hilton!

Very clean and in a very nice area. Price was about right.

Charge for parking, the pillows were really uncomfortable. The curtains did not fully close and as soon as the sun is up, the rim becomes very bright. Also, what was very annoying and a deal breaker for me is the smoke detector light that was flashing ( not triggered, but the default flashing) all night long

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at this place. The check-in process was simple, and the staff were incredibly nice. The room was clean and comfy. The breakfast was AMAZING!!! I will definitely come back to stay.

So far, nothing to not like about this place.

Front desk and eatery staff were great.

My suite is great but it would have been much better if there was a small "dining table" where one can consume snacks and light foods (unlike the nearby Irvine Embassy Suites).

it’s a nice place good location. the staff was definitely very good and kind. very good customer service. the rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable.

we had to request our sheets be changed because they seemed to be dirty. there was only one elevator working and it also seemed like there wasn’t enough parking spaces or if other people maybe were parking there too. their continental breakfast was 10 dollars it didn’t seem worth it to me.

Location close to airport. Easy to navigate

Should not have to pay for parking. You pay enough for the room. Parking should be included.

The cleanliness, good size pool, the items we could buy to snake and drink, the parking in the garage for us and the nice bathroom and towels.

Nothing we didn’t like.
