The room was clean and there was a nice sitting area on the grass by the pool.

A cockroach called out from under my bed in the morning.

The location, price was good. . Pool was very clean I really wanted to go in but didn't have time. We r going to stay there again. I locked my card (key) in my room. Early in the morning. He asked me a couple of questions then gave me a new on. . I was in n out in 2 min. .

That I only stayed one night. That was what i didnt like !!! . . It was worth the $ . . Nothing negative about my stay at all. .

For the value it was fantastic. Big rooms with 2 queen beds

Noisy refrigerator. Beach Blvd had loud trucks intermittent.

For the price we paid, I was pleasantly surprised with how great the hotel turned out to be. The staff was super friendly and our room was clean and comfortable. The room was also very spacious. They are undergoing renovations, so there was some noise in the morning, but it wasn't too bad. I would definitely stay here again if I'm in the area.

The only con for me personally was the material of the comforter, but it didn't hinder my rest. Just wished it was more of a soft material vs the thin towel like material.

CLEAN ROOMS AND COMFY BED, COULD HAVE BEEN MORE WATER PRESSURE IN THE SHOWER THOUGH.

The service was excellent! When we arrived the in-room refrigerator was not working. On contacting the front desk, a maintenance arrived very quickly - about 2 minutes later! Turns out that it was just turned off. We also asked for the room to be cleaned early to fit our schedule and they did that very promptly. Looks like it is family run - very nice people eager to be of service. The restaurant Mama's on 39 is just down the street - great family restaurant with massive portions and options for everyone.

This is a basic hotel - appropriate for the price range, yet a little dated. I was expecting something like this given the location, but travelers hoping for a higher end Best Western experience should adjust their expectations.

Super nice people very very nice though the place is clean and it’s in a perfect spot in Huntington Beach on the Main St., Beach Boulevard and it’s best Western and these guys are really nice. I really like the staff here.

They’re doing some renovations. So there’s a tiny bit of extra noise but that to be expected. It’s outside further from the rooms . It’s going to be very nice when it’s finished. I’ll be back for sure . I just extended my stay due to the fact that the staff are very polite and professional. It’s makes all the difference I feel

The hotel staff was great, Beds and room very clean and comfortable. The hotel is centrally located and close to food and a short drive to the main street and beach. Definitely not walking distance to tourist attraction's but centrally located and a wonderful value compared to the hotels that are. I will definitely stay here again

Property was aesthetically very nice and clean with recent updates. Room was spacious and vibrant fresh updates, comfortable bed. The staff are friendly, Chrissy in the office, is so sweet and kind. We engaged in conversations about future stays. We’ll definitely be back. It was so nice to be about 12 min from the beach as well. Great room and stay and a super value!

Very clean, modern and comfortable. Extra cosy bed and pillows. Friendly staff, 24 hour office and coffee. Plenty of parking. Sparkling pool and jacuzzi. The continental breakfast came with a cooked breakfast. Short drive to the beach. Close to shops and restaurants. I highly recommend. Enjoyed our stay.

The tv controller was difficult to use.
