The location was super convenient. You could tell that they just updated everything. The shower was complicated but when you figured it out, it was super cool and I am actually wanting the same one of my house. The staff was amazing. I didn't open the door for myself at all and the receptionist ladies gladly answered my many phone calls when I couldn't figure something out.

The bathroom is a pocket door and you can hear everything even when it's closed. The lights are complicated and took some mashing of buttons to figure out. The bed was much firmer than I personally prefer, but it was still comfortable enough to sleep well in.

Very comfortable hotel in a great location in downtown Long Beach. Recently renovated, the hotel has a lot of charm and is very comfortable. Food at the rooftop restaurant is excellent.

Given that this is a historic property, it would've been great if the windows opened even just a little bit to let them fresh air. Breakfast at the lobby restaurant was good but overpriced for what you got.

Everyone is so nice!! Staff went above and beyond to help us even the tiny details. We came back to our room from an exhausting excursion and our room was already tidy up, even our used clothes we left on the floor when we left were neatly folded✨ everything is top notch! So many restaurants/ bar inside to choose from as well!

The service at this hotel was topnotch. The staff were so accommodating and thoroughly attended to our needs. The food was incredible as well!

The hot water for the shower was kind of coming and going but I don’t know if that was just the water in the room itself. I do wish that it had its own parking lot but valet was really great.

The place was beautiful and the history behind the hotel is amazing! The staff were helpful and friendly all the time. The room was amazing and bougie! Would recommend to anyone to stay here. These were only a few of the highlights!

All spaces felt special and elegant. The interior design was executed beautifully! The service was great, both friendly and professional! Loved the Le labo products very much.

The bar pool hours were too limited. The halo bar should be open until at least 11pm.

Bars and restaurant hours were limited and closed at 10pm which is early on a weekend. Would have liked later food options.

I love the area. Surprisingly, all the surrounding areas are clean, with no trash or homeless people. It’s better than than booking in LA.
