The staff was so nice. Especially Andy. And although it's not in the prettiest part of town I never felt unsafe. There was always staff present. There was a refrigerator and microwave. Beds were fairly comfy. Great distance from the convention center.

A little run down. Drawers missing their bottoms. Our bathroom was missing the door. Smelled heavily of smoke.

Needed an affordable place to stay for an event at Long Beach. It was perfect for the price and there was plenty of stores and restaurants around. The room had all the basic necessities which is all I needed for the weekend. David from the front desk was very social and friendly. He gave plenty of information about the Inn, other events that happen at LB, and he even recommended some places to go for eating and drinking. A total W guy. Thanks David!

Room could be a little more clean. There was a hair in the microwave but I easily cleaned it off. There was a spider in the bathroom as well. It didn't bother me but there shouldn't be any type of bugs or insects in a room. Last, the bed sheets were a little bit rough. Nothing too terrible about the stay though.

This place looks rundown on the outside, but our room was super clean - no bugs of any kind, anywhere! The sheets were clean and fresh, the towels were clean and in good condition. The bathroom was clean.The wall unit AC produced plenty of cold air. No mold or damage anywhere. The staff were very friendly and super helpful. The neighborhood is being gentrified so there are a lot of nice places to eat, and lively bars. All within walking distance. It's worth what you pay for it.

The room smelled faintly of cigarette smoke but not enough to ruin my stay.

The price was reasonable. The manager was welcoming and checked us in quick and accommodated our preferred room. We went on a 7 day cruise and we were able to park our car there for the week for free!

The pillows were so small you can hardly call them pillows at all. Their rooms are outdated. The smell isn’t very great and the room overall isn’t as clean as you expect it to be. It doesn’t have enough towels and other essentials for two people in a room. Housekeeping is not available when we did ask for different pillows.

We liked the proximity to Vons and the convention center. We enjoyed getting burritos from a sidewalk vendor located outside Vons. We chose this facility because of the price knowing ahead of time that the quality might be 2 star or less. The staff were friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again if I budget didn’t allow some thing better.

The exterior hallways were very dirty. Our room did not have a view of the pool. actually, it didn’t have any view. 

This quaint little motel exceeded my expectations and the expectations of the other 2 people I traveled with. We booked 2 rooms and they we clean, modern and quiet. One had a pool view and the other a balcony. It's in a great area that is walking distance to explore so many places and the beach is a 10 minute walk from the motel. This is a no frills kind of place but you can definitely tell they've been putting in the work to make your stay as comfortable as possible! The front desk receptionist, Maria, was so fantastic that I would give 5 stars alone just on her customer service!!! Thank you for being so stellar and for loaning me your tapatio when I needed some! Will definitely be back! Thank you!

The only thing I'd say is to bring your own blankets during the winter/spring if you get cold because the blankets on the beds don't have a lot of weight or warth to them.

It is a nice cozy little place in the heart of downtown. For the area, it was very comfortable and nice. The staff was so sweet and kind. They were also very helpful and they would fold even our own personal blankets we left out.

It’s not the place it’s the area. The place is overall great.

Very nice traditional hotel with parking lot close to the Long Beach Convention center. Shopping grocery store next door, also many restaurants. 5 min walking to the historical Pine Avenue with more bars and restaurants. Marina Harbor also walking distance. Clean rooms.

For the price & location with a store across the street it was great. No deposit was needed so that helped the price not go up too high. My cats loved the open glass to get some sun

The room was really decent, but perhaps maybe power wash the stairs and the sidewalks so it doesn’t look like Skid Row
