Nice central location.

The "Resort Fee" and the fact that the hotel was under renovation. The pool was being renovated and was not operable. It was empty. I am not sure how they justify a "Resort Fee" when there was nothing about the hotel that qualified it as a resort. It was just a fancy name for a "money grab" Fee. They should not be charging a Resort Fee during renovation of the hotel. It was nothing more than a hotel where you rented a room.

Staff are helpful & accomodating. Guillermo & Maria in the restaurant were great. Sage & Emad were helpful in explaining about the activities in the hotel. Location was excellent, near the venue of the wedding reception. The room was clean.

While we were eating breakfast, the maintenance staff started painting the ceiling near our table. Didn’t even warn us that they will start painting. There was no plastic partition to isolate the painting. There was no available water on our first night. Was charged for breakfast even though my booking included breakfast. After learning that, I called the property and said that they will credit me.

The location is perfect for the views and convenience of the exhibition centers. There are ample paid parking lots, and it's just a stone's throw away from most of what you need. The room is also larger than normal hotel rooms. Service is top-notch.

The Wi-Fi is NOT FREE! This is the first time in about 15 years of leisure and work travel that I have been booked in a hotel that does not have free Wi-Fi.

I enjoyed the starbucks there and the location of the hotel was good. We could walk to a lot of spots. The place was very clean. House keeping was amazing with replenishing our towels and straightening the room every single day. I also liked that they had a parking garage.

It was nice that they had a snack/convenience store but they should have a better system for it. Like maybe add a little kiosk so you don’t have to wait in line at the front desk. Also the bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. You sunk right through the pillows.

Wow - what a nice hotel! Affordable but high class!! Quiet room with a great view, clean as a whistle, nice sized room, and no penalty for booking with booking.com. I love the efficiency of checking in and out, the availability of parking, and the proximity to the ferry to Catalina and to great restaurants! (Try Cafe Sevilla!)

Someone on the floor smoked and it set off an alarm - "an emergency has been rported. please stand by for instructions" - man was it LOUD! then followed by annoying noise - from a speaker IN THE ROOM! - it took almost 30 minutes for them to shut it off. We had to call the front desk to find out what happened (because it wasn't a true fire alarm.) Once we called, they were apologetic enough. I thought they'd give us some kind of apology in the form of a %age off of our next stay, or at least an acknowledgment of what happened during the night. That didn't happen. But then again, if they did that, people would be setting off alarms left and right, right?

it was a great room nice and comfy didn't look old or dirty the view was amazing we got to see the port the bathroom was nice and clean and had the essentials that we needed

the wait to check in to just get our room took longer than excepted way to much time and we ran into a problem when we tried to get our breakfast we got to the line they told us to wait that didn't bother me but what did was that they forgot to give us a table and were letting other people in that were waiting in line behind us

Had to pay 42 dollars a night just to park a car there completely unacceptable for the price that was paid for the room

Great renovations. Loved that there was a sitting ledge by the window to look at the view. Hotel conveniently located in walking distance to the concert. Very clean and great front desk agents!

Parking area to check-in too congested
