Quint hotel with newly updated rooms with Direct TV the staff were extremely friendly and deserve a good review

There is not enough parking! The room was small, there were no complimentary waters and the neighborhood isn't safe just to start. honestly I won't go back

Everything was great! Sam and Rick were very helpful when I had an issue with the TV in the room. And everyone at the hotel was so helpful and kind with any minor inconveniences. Truly a wonderful stay, lovely staff, great location and the breakfast at the revive lounge is pretty good too. Overall would definitely recommend for anyone looking to stay in Long Beach

The only thing I would say is if you mind having no AC then that would be an issue as my room for example had a little fan. Their whole AC system is under renovations though so they said it should be fixed soon. They also had shampoo & conditioner, body lotion but no shower gel/body wash. Some minor TV issues that were promptly fixed. There is no elevator just stairs be mindful of that for accessibility and luggage.

My wife and I stayed 5 nights at the Greenleaf Hotel in Long Beach prior to boarding a cruise.  The location of this hotel was very good, being a short walk to the beach, shops restaurants, public transport, etc.  The bed was comfortable and the room was fine. We liked the guest lounge where we could get complimentary hot and cold drinks 24/7. The staff were particularly friendly and helpful. These included Sam, Dave, Olivia, Vincent, plus a couple of others who's names we forgot.  We certainly recommend Greenleaf Hotel in Long Beach to other travellers  .

Everything! The hotel is stunning, maculate, beautiful and is a true midcsale boutique hotel! Breakfast which is a charge is worth it. $20 for a Hampton inn style breakfast with waffles, omelette, sausage, sandwiches and much more is tasty and amazing. Even they give evening snacks and free drinks like an airport lounge. For the price you pay this is sure an upscale vibe hotel! Rooms are small but modern and has nice touches like Dyson hairdryers and aromatherapy devices with Vitamin c showers

Excellent location, close proximity to the beach, very friendly and courteous staff. The retreat room is convenient and includes Bevi machine to dispense cold and hot water. Coffee machine is also available with good selection of drinks. Also free Wi-Fi is very good. The room was cosy, including mini-fridge and TV screen. Service is provided daily. Also, little rose garden is incredible, thank you all for making my stay so comfortable.

Excellent service, no complaints.

The hotel and its staff are A+ very nice and friendly making sure we were taking care of the whole stay. There parking is off site at an other location but it’s just a quick walk down the street not to bad. We came for the Cali vibes festival and stayed 4 nights. They even got us a shuttle ride to the event with no problems at all. We will definitely be coming back next year.

For my personal experience everything was perfect. Nothing bad or negative at all.

I loved how it felt like a hotel you would find in Europe. Very quaint. They were remodeling at the time of our stay but gave us great accommodation and service. Even helped us carry our luggage to the second floor. It’s not a hotel with typical accommodation but was clean and served us perfectly in our travels. In the morning, we walked around the corner of the Green Leaf and enjoyed breakfast at the Breakfast Bar that was suggested by the front desk when checking in. We were charged the $150 deposit, which she allowed to be put on a different credit card than what we had booked the room under. We did receive credit back pretty quickly. We had a great stay.

Wish the pillows were not so small and they had spent more money on those plus provided more than three to our room.

I hated arriving and then circling and circling (4 times) hotel looking for off-site street parking. Only after parking blocks away and walking to the hotel was I told that they would give me a voucher for parking at a large hotel around the corner. It was then that I found out I could have illegaly parked in front of the hotel while checking in, got my voucher and avoided all the hazzle, wasted time, danger walking through a deserted area, and fatigue.

The location was great and in walking distance of many local restaurants, shops and entertainment. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel was recently renovated and even though the ac didn’t work there was a small space heater provided that was able to keep the small room warm. I would stay again.

The parking was not convenient at all.

Staff very friendly and accommodating with any need. Hotel clean and good location. Room was small but could see every effort was made to accommodate guest needs.

The towel linen was threadbare and could do with replacing. Though not the hoteliers fault, some of the surrounding streets were unclean with clear signs of homelessness.
