I appreciated the front desk clerk spending 3 hours trying to communicate with Booking .com Customer Service regarding my prepaid reservation.after all those hours the clerk found out that after putting in all payment information, Booking .com made the mistake of processing the payment for arrival which turned out to be a agitating mess.. even though it was not the fault of mine or the hotel, the clerk stayed very calm and determined I ND to do his best to the the issue that Booking.com did.

I didn't like the inconvenience that was caused by Booking.com not trying to help me in the matter above. It caused one of the Hotel clerks to be overrun by customers so the other clerk took three hours to get answers before getting my reserved room. This situation made Booking.com look very unprofessional to this Hotel and also to me as I have been a Booking.com customer for many years.

Excellent location, near to where I needed to be. Ample parking (although they are renovating some parts so some parking lots were not available) but that was not an issue - I got the parking close to my room. Spacious rooms, very clean and fresh smelling. Very good Air conditioning, kept us cool during hot summer day. Overall I liked the hotel.

Breakfast options could definitely be better. Breakfast was limited and probably the only reason for not giving all stars. The room, the facility, the campus were really good except the breakfast. I'm vegetarian (eats Eggs) but all egg options had some meat with it. For a vegetarian, the oatmeal was the only option along with some bagels (and some apple/bananas). Coffee was OK.

I was so happy to have a gluten free muffin with my breakfast. The room was huge! I have stayed at over 12 hotels this year, including some pretty fancy, expensive ones, but I slept better here than anywhere else. The bed was so cozy, the room was completely dark with the curtains pulled, and I could watch TV from the bed or couch. I appreciated being able to check out at noon and loved the shower. It was a 10 out of 10!!

I would have loved being able to cast my phones apps to the TV. I like Disney+, Peacock, and Hulu, but not Netflix.

The staff was friendly and had excellent customer service. I liked seeing the security. I liked it was pet friendly.

The oatmeal for breakfast was cold all three days. They ran out of waffles often. The parking lot had a pair hanging out smoking in their cars late night. I didn't like our room wasn't cleaned daily.

We have stayed here several times. This is our perfect precruise hotel. Rooms are very comfortable and the gardens are absolutely lovely. We love the location. Very convenient to Hofs House and Lucille’s bbq, 2 of our favorites. We have never had an issue with parking. In the past we have stayed closer to the port, but find this to be a much better bang for the buck.

The room was comparable to a comfortably sized apartment. The ability to cook and store/reheat leftovers saved a lot of time and money over the course of our stay. They also had a nice variety of foods available in their complimentary breakfast. The front desk staff were friendly and quick to address questions and requests. When they realized they'd made an error, they apologized without arguing over excuses and made sure we got the information we needed to proceed.

The nearby traffic was pretty loud, though that's to be expected due to the location. While windows could be opened to air out the room, we quickly decided it wasn't worth putting up with even more traffic noise. They also neglected to inform us that they were having work done on their TVs during our stay, leaving us unclear over whether the non-hotel-staff technician that showed up at our door was legitimate or just using a pretense to gain access to our unit. And while it's admittedly a minor gripe, they replaced our TV with one that could not rotate as far as the previous one, so we couldn't view the screen in bed without moving the entire dresser it was mounted to.

The hotel was perfect, the receptionist and security were extremely helpful and supportive.

The service taking care of the breakfast buffet was in a rush and took off the food before the breakfast time was over. We arrived ay 09:15 am and everything was already removed (breakfast ends at 09:30 am). Ayer we requested the to bring some food, they brought it.

Room were very comfortable and welcoming. Location was easy to find and close to freeway.

Only problem I had was maintenance did not fulfill a work order that I called in to check electrical circuit where TV was plugged in. TV wouldn’t work morning of 2nd day stay and when I returned later that evening the TC still did not work. Informed the front desk when checked out.

How big the room was. Also, how it had two different bathrooms, so we could still have some privacy even though we were staying with a friend.

Could have been a bit cleaner. The beds were not soft enough for my liking. But that is just me, I like a really soft bed.

Loved the place, very clean and spacious. We were in town for a medical reason so the place was comfortable enough for someone who just got out the OR, cleaning staff and front desk super nice attentive. Overall I would definitely go back there.
