The rooms are so nice and spacious. They were clean. The location was fine about 15 min from Junipero beach which is great. I love that they only do housekeeping under request so nobody would wake you up. And it was a really quiet and peaceful place to stay.

The parking spots were to close, I couldn't get in my car untill my husband get out of the parking spot because the space was so small. The outside of the building does not look as good as the inside.

Great location and quiet. Rooms were clean and nicely updated. Our son loved the pool! The staff were friendly and professional. The only thing I’d say negatively would be the parking fee of $15 seems a bit unnecessary. We lived in Long Beach for 20 years so we get it. Space and parking is a premium- but lots of other spots don’t charge for parking.

The rooms were well done, it had very positive vibes, the pool area was wonderful and it was in a great location in Long Beach.

Our room happened to be on the Highway side and was noisy, especially on Saturday night with loud cars, had to use my white noise app. Also the night clerk could have been more welcoming.

I think you should spend a little extra time to clean soiled bathroom cushion. Just doesnt look very good.

The amenities and the pool and everything was clean

There were several homeless characters hanging out at various times in the parking lot and on the stairs. Also, I wish they would include the parking fee in the original cost of the hotel, instead of separately..

Rooms look updated and very clean. Same with the lobby. Easy to check in and out.

Was in a non smoking room. There was small smell of weed in the room.

This is my second stay at this hotel. We flew in for a cruise and used Lyft to get there. The price point was good and the staff was amazing! Very friendly and customer focused. It's an older property but our room was in excellent condition and extremely clean.. I'm picky and believe me, I checked both stays. There's a good Mexican restaurant in walking distance around the corner so we didn't have call an Uber or pay delivery fees to get good food making the stay even more affordable.

Get water before you get there. The carton in the room is small and costs $5.

The hotel is close to CSULB. We are planning on staying here to visit my daughter. It is pet friendly which we love! I love the inspirational words written on each parking spot.

It’s too bad they don’t serve breakfast.
