Breakfast was adequate. It was grab and go, not great, but OK. Room was nice but i had to get adjusted to vinyl flooring, but with dogs allowed, it is the best way to go. I also had to get used to having to ask for things at the front desk like a hair dryer, but not a big problem. Location and parking were good. Having a kitchen with a full-size refrigerator was a plus. There was a mix-up with my reservation, but staff went to great pains to accommodate me.

Staff was helpful but not very welcoming. I don't remember anyone with a smile on their face. The last day I found roaches in my room, but with many people bringing in food, I was not surprised

this staff was phenomenal of the location. However the guest relations department of extended stay in general which is not related at all to the location is absolutely horrendous and they will give you the runaround they will promise you things on the phone and then not oblige to them when they're supposed to come through on their end of the bargain. I will highly recommend this facility for the staff because they go above and beyond for you however the corporate side of the establishment and their guest relations department have a lot to learn from the employees at this location because the employees of Huntington Beach extended stay actually know what customer service is. I wish I could open my own franchise and I would hire them and then charge extended stay corporate and guest relations to take classes from them on how to take care of customers and actually care.

This is not a luxury hotel, and travelers expecting a luxury hotel at these prices will be unreasonably disappointed. What do you get for the bargain prices this location offers? A secure room with a working electrical stove, a decent microwave, a roomy refrigerator, a clean bathroom, a comfortable bed, and a nice selection of cable channels on a medium-sized tv. The location is close to the Long Beach Airport and centrally located for Orange County, Los Angeles, and Long Beach tourist attractions and business meetings. The management and staff are professional and run a tight ship, and yet are genuinely committed to making your stay as pleasant as possible.

Some of the furnishings and counter could be updated or refurbished, but that’s a quibble.

My room was very comfortable, staff was very professional and personable. They really go out of their way to make their guests feel welcomed. Having a laundry room was a plus. I hope corporate is reading this (also) as the staff representing your hotel deserves recognition for their work ethic

The general public. Why do people think its ok to be aggressive, rude and totally lacking in manners when dealing with employees (kudos to the employees for maintaining their calm professionalism). Patty (manager) is unflappable and friendly. And Purple is fun gets it done.

I really love how the staff is on it... meaning you ask, and you receive.. kuddos to charlie and vanessa for making my stay there very enjoyable. Easy check in and check out. Will definitely go back if need to.👍

A few times the elevator was dirty inside and there was trash left outside the trash door.

Breakfast was whatever I expected other pastries only had blueberry muffins....I did like the convenience of a kitchenette

Breakfast was not as expected blueberry muffins everyday they kept running out of coffee in the morning run out of condiments like sugar and lids for the coffee

Less dogs and their poop left by some owners in and out of the building!!! Amazing change!!! Reason I only booked one night was because I needed to know if they cleaned up the environment with their clientele!!! Drastic changes made since my prior visit!!

I liked the room 3rd floor room 350. I've stayed here 3 times in a year. This was the best room so far. Didn't do the breakfast.

I think it's time to do some upgrades

I liked that the property looked just like the picture. I picked this location because the room had a kitchenette in it.
