Very convenient location close to Long Beach Airport. Usually has a shuttle bus from/ airport. Good breakfast available. Large room.

Shuttle was not running but when I phoned the hotel they offered to pay for the taxi. Restaurant and breakfast were unavailable due to a function; two reasons I’d booked this hotel was for these services. (Fast food across the road, and we were given breakfast at sister hotel next door. ) Curtains did not work. Low quality coffee packs in the room.

Location is 10/10, not too far from everything. Clean rooms+beds and overall good/easy stay. Love the snacks downstairs and the water refill station was sooooo good. Security in the parking lot was nice. Hot water + sheoer pressure so great. Adequate counter spaces. AC/heater worked very well.

15$ a day for parking is wild … especially when it’s not enclosed or anything however we did see security so I guess that’s good but still caught us off guard. Super pricey too, as a Long Beach native there isn’t anything special about here despite being close to a lot of places but I guess since it’s an airport hotel it’s more $$$ when it shouldn’t be. Also wasn’t a fan of the doors connecting to another room but we didn’t hear the people next door so I guess it’s okay

The restaurant and its staff were very friendly, the food was very exceptionally good, unlike the night staff at the front desk downstairs, they could use some customers service training.

Nothing to dislike about the property.

The breakfast included two types of sausages, bacon, scrambled and boiled eggs, potatoes, fresh fruit, oatmeal, and muffins and pastries; on alternate days, pancakes, biscuits, or French toast. The bed was comfortable, and the hotel was in a great location.

I tasted the potatoes on the first day. They were delicious; however, I can't eat spicy foods, so I could not enjoy them. The price quoted on booking.com was not the charged amount. There was a daily parking fee applied.

I love the penthouse restaurant for my breakfasts and dinners and the wide city view by its window.

Having breakfast in the pent house was my first experience eating breakfast in the pent house with a beautiful view also! My family and I also appreciated that you guys used real fresh eggs during breakfast! The little details mater and you guys nailed it! Thank you! My family and I will be booking your hotel again for sure!

The convenience of the location close to the airport is a must the dinner up in the penthouse what was offered was excellent

The bed comfort needed to be improved. The pillows were too soft and the bed with a little bit too firm.

Upon entering our room, it smelled heavily of stale cigarette smoke, after a couple of hours in the room, I couldn't handle the stench, so I headed down to the front desk, and the staff immediately placed us in another room, I appreciated the quickness over my concerns, I honestly didn't think that they would do that, I was simply letting the front desk know the room had a terrible smoke odor

The room didn't supply hair conditioner The blinds didn't compensate for enough darkness in the room, heard sirens throughout the night etc

The place was clean and quiet!

The first room clearly needs repairs but the staff moved us to a new room! The card readers for the rooms are old and very unreliable and they need to be replaced ASAP! The restaurant on the top floor is great but they need better signage saying it's card only and that they don't take cash!
