Beautiful, new, clean and staff. And also Marco front desk went beyond to assist me I had messed up my check in date and he was able to find me a suite for my family and I right away. He also made sure it was available right away with out having to way 2 hrs. And last but not least he made sure I didn’t have to move rooms the following day. We got to stay in the same suite 4 days although I had reserve for 3. No problem stress free. He made my payments easy and fast I was very tired of driving and not sleeping enough hours. He made my day by assisting me with all my issues. Thank you very much!! I appreciate it.

We were upgraded from a Studio with 2 Queens to a 1 bedroom with 2 Queens, which was a pleasant surprise! Check in & check out was quick & friendly. The room was clean and spacious for our family of 5. The kitchen was small but mighty. The bathroom was very nice, the shower had hot water, absolutely no issues. It would have been nice to have a vent fan, but other than that no complaints. The beds were comfortable, the pillows a little too firm for my liking. We enjoyed our stay very much, especially the free hot breakfast in the morning! Next time we book, we hope to have extra time to utilize the swimming pool, hot tub, and fun play area.

Cleanliness, front desk and restaurant staff support excellent. Excellent hot breakfast. Honesty of housekeeping staff who cleaned the room on Sunday May 12. I arranged for cleaning with and called it days before, for Sunday May 12. May 12, I misplaced and lost my watch while in the room, could not find it, thought i lost it, but the best part is whoever cleaned the room found the watch and left it by the TV. Housekeeping staff was so honest that even though it was a Rolex watch, she left it in the room. I asked front desk if she can find out who cleaned the room May 12, I wanted to thank her personally, but they could not trace it. Can you please acknowledge and reward this employee staff of yours for her honesty and kindness? Thank you!

Door of bathroom and closet access difficult at times. Furniture (sofabed) looks like can be refreshed or replaced with newer ones. Carpet edges near bathroom and ? kitchen frayed and untidy looking. Phone in the room was not working day one, had to call service and had to be replaced, Service tech who came was very efficient, prompt and able to resolve immediately. Phones should have scheduled checks.

The accommodation and amenities were amazing. The staff were very attentive and helpful. The location was nice as it was near a shopping and food Plaza.

I think that it would be nice if there were at least 2-3 rolls of toilet paper kept in the bathroom so that we don't have to ask for more when the 1 roll in the bathroom runs out.

The property is in a great location, close to a lot of food and shopping options. The room was very clean and nice, breakfast had both hot and cold options and a nice patio if you want to eat outside.

They didn't explain the cleaning schedule when we checked in, so we had to keep requesting clean towels.

Great location for us, close to food and coffee options. The staff were always friendly and helpful. Lobby coffee was always available. Beds were super comfy and our kitchen was well kitted out.

- paying for the exterior parking 14 USD per day is more then excessive in that area - breakfast fast too simple and no variation - Saturday and Sunday some partying going on another floor with very loud and throbbing music, but manager was seemingly not able to stop this even after telling the front desk

First time staying at Homewood Suites. The room was spacious. Breakfast was a plus. It was a last-minute reservation while traveling from Arizona.

I wasn't Abe to get a good late check out. I had been driving over 11 hours and needed rest. I got 30 minutes, which helped, but they were sold out!

Super Clean. Friendly and very welcoming guest service and all staff members of the hotel. Very accommodating as well. I also liked the breakfast buffet and the coffee is great!! The kitchen staff very respectful, responsive and greeted us with smiles.

The pool area, the towel shelf was empty by the time we got to the pool and there was no restock.

Room was very big and spacious. Breakfast was very good. All areas were clean and the hot tub was entertaining. Staff were excellent. Wednesday reception was very good.

The coffee in the lobby area can be little more organized. Laundry machines can be checked for maintenance more.
