The courtyard , pool area and lobby were good. The rooms were good. Parking was plentiful.

Breakfast was good for first 2 days and then got boring. I have kids and they got sick of tater tots. It would be nice to have some more variety like pancakes, waffles. I asked for oatmeal today and the lady said there was none. Such a simple menu item !

No Complaints!!! And that says alot! Lol. Everything u could expect from hotel. Great staff there 24/hrs. Brought up extra items at 11pm when requested. Plenty of parking. Pool was great. Great bistro for breakfast lunch and dinner. Starbucks in house!!! Elevator. Clean. everywhere. Quiet. Everything looks new and modern. In working order. Hot water. Good pressure. Comfy beds not too hard not too soft. Ac ineach room and tv. Had a balcony!! And microwave not listed in description...everything was great whichbis rare...will come again!

Pull out couch was kinda broken and sunk in....Description doesn't say there is a microwave in room so we didn't bring the food we wanted, but then there WAS a microwave after all. So really again, NO REAL COMPLAINTS.

Your alcohol prices at the bar are obscene. $19 for a small glass of wine that cost $7 a twist off bottle? No wonder the bar was completely empty every evening. If you charged a more reasonable $9 for a glass of wine and $4 for a bottle of beer (instead of $7 a bottle) then your guests would congregate there and likely have several glasses of alcoholic beverages. Their guests would come and do the same and you'd make even more money instead of nothing. As it is, everyone goes elsewhere or purchases their own wine and beer. Great place but that kind of greed is counter productive and really disappointing. After a long drive it would be nice to unpack and go to your bar and have a glass of wine. Those kinds of prices ruin the experience.

The breakfast meals were very good and filling and it was a blessing that they were included in our package along with parking. The room was perfect and clean. The location really was convenient and close to family.

Some problems with the lock on the suites. It would stay locked and we had to keep working with the handle to get the lock unstuck. There was a leak in the women's bathroom in the lobby that was never fixed so I had to wipe the floor each time my mom went in so she would not fall.

Room was very clean, beds were comfortable, sofa bed was a nice addition. Loved the space we had in the living area, the balcony was a nice touch and I could watch my girls in the pool from there. The pool was heated, the teenagers loved it. The location was great, we walked to Knott's Berry Farm and saved on parking. Starbucks is right next door too!

The bathtub drained very slow, had to wait for water to completely drain if you didn't want to stand in dirty water....

Loved how clean the room and bathrooms were. The internet was free but very fast, and the TV had many options. The halls were clean and signage was fool-proof. There was ample parking with large spaces and lots of wonderful places to eat within walking distance. During my stay I was able to walk across the street to Porto's and take a short drive to The Source OC. Loved the ample storage space and the seats to lounge around in my suite (double bed with sofa bed). Easy and fast check-in and checkout; my family was surprised by how simple it was!

I wish the cost/procedures for breakfast were communicated either during check-in or via email. I had to find out about the cost of breakfast from the information tab on the TV. I also wish the hotel provided some small complimentary water bottles. After a long day of travel, I was expecting some water in my room but I had to go out and purchase it.

I loved the location just across the street from Mideavil Times, Portos Bakery, Pirates Dinner Adventure, and right next door to a Starbucks. Our room was newly remodeled, very clean and comfy. They have a wonderful restaurant and the staff was very nice.

The only thing was that they were in the middle of construction, and I did read that prior, and we have been in hotels that have had the same info, no big deal. Only this time, they were remodeling the room right next door. So we got to hear it all right at 9 am. Still fair time. I just wish we knew at check-in to have the option to move. Also, if you book, ask to be put on the second floor because you can hear every footstep if you are at the lower level. Other than that, our stay was nice, and we will be back and just make sure to modify our needs for next time

It was clean, and the room was really lovely. Loved having the big space with the table. The staff were really friendly and it was handy having the shop downstairs.

The shower pressure was pretty bad

check-in was easy. location was perfect. Staff was pleasant.

Just curious why the bed wasn’t made each day or the bathroom trash emptied.

Nice room, nice pool and fire pit. Easily walkable to Knott's Berry Farm as long as you are able bodied. Porto's across the street has fantastic coffee, baked goods, and sandwiches.
