staff was nice and bed cleanliness was also nice.

the bathroom could have been cleaner. not a fan of the community shampoo, conditioner, feminine wash and lotion. anyone could easily open those and put things in them.

Property felt safe, secure, and very clean.

Customer service was cold, and rude. Not welcoming or non responsive as my husband and I greeted them and asked how they’re doing just ignored us. Maybe racist. And even if my husband is African-American little do they know he is a captain for Bakersfield Fire department. Also not one towel in you jacuzzi/pool area but when we called from desk to ask if we needed to bring our towels or if we needed to come to the front desk to get them for the Jacuzzi they assured us that some were outside. One two guest outside who said no towels were there either when they got there.

I recently stayed at the hotel, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! The rooms were incredibly clean, spacious, and well-maintained. It’s clear the staff takes great pride in providing top-notch accommodations. The breakfast was absolutely amazing – a great variety of delicious options to start the day right. Another fantastic feature was the free shuttle service to **Knott's Berry Farm**, which made getting around super convenient. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area. The combination of comfort, cleanliness, and exceptional service truly stands out.

Everything was of the highest standard and next time we gone return to this hotel!

the area is a good location, close to the pirates dinner, medieval times, knotts berry farm, adventure city & more! the staff was polite, the room met my needs, also the front desk associate gave us free breakfast complimentary coupons since it was my spouses birthday, I would definitely book here again!

I did give it a 9 out of 10 rating ONLY because there was a bit of delay with our rooms being ready for check in at 4 & it was already like 5:45 when we were able to be checked in, I do understand housekeeping can be understaffed that day, problems happened, etc, unforseen events just can happen! but I was just on a time crunch, because I had a 7:30 reservation for the pirates adventure dinner, & I was not ready yet as I was planning on getting ready at the hotel, so when we finally got into our rooms, I had to rush, but luckily we made it on time! that was my only complaint though, other than that customer service from the front desk staff was awesome and rooms were clean and comfortable!

The rooms were clean

Staff wasn't friendly at the reception and gave us the level 1/ ground level. It was right behind the parking lot and we could hear people walking through the night. While they gave the supplies that were exhausted in the bathroom, they didn't refill it themselves. Other than that, property was clean, has free parking and at a convenient location.

We had breakfast vouchers and ate at the hotel. The food was excellent on both days we ate there. The staff was great too. The hotel also gave us chocolate cookies which made everyone happy.

There was some confusion at check-in and we were charged for and given keys to someone else's room. Luckily that other person was family but then we had to pay again and get refunded for the first room so that stunk.

Wonderful front desk. Rebecca was awesome and very knowledgeable. Kylin was very pleasant and enthusiastic. Fran the server was very nice and attentive. Saul was friendly and did not make me feel unwelcomed despite arriving 20 minutes before closing on New Year's Eve. The room was exceptionally clean and the housekeeping services were efficient and thankfully not disruptive in the morning hours. The patio was nice and I enjoyed the outdoor space. Cookies are a nice touch. I look forward to staying in the Penthouse.

I did not like the toilet paper. I did not like the absence of "toilet seat covers".

I loved it as soon as you walked in the lobby area, so nice and Starbucks. The front desk staff was so nice and made me feel welcomed. I had an issue with the tv not turning on. I called the front desk, and they sent a tech within 5 mins he was there and fixed the issue with the wires. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean.

The only bad thing was the noise from the refrigerator, but it was a good thing it would come and go, so it wasn't that big of an issue. And no free continental breakfast.

Everything was clean and so comfortable, the area was quiet despite the fact that’s right next to the freeway exit. It’s so close to a lot of activities. There’s Medieval Times, Pirate Dinner Adventure, Knott’s Berry Farm and most importantly Porto’s bakery! The staff were really friendly and helpful. They have a restaurant, a bar and a Starbucks in the lobby.

The location is good , within walking distance to Knottsberry Farm. Restaurant attached to hotel.

The shuttle driver left us as I told him we would be right out as I was waiting on check at restaurant. He knew where we were when he scheduled to pick us up and couldn't wait 3 minutes for us to come out. After walking back to hotel with kids shuttle driver was at hotel sweeping out shuttle. Other than that I love staying there and already have a room booked for Easter vacation.
