The location is excellent nearby Knotts Berry Farm portal, bakery, and Medieval times but not caught on that beach Blvd traffic to all this locations. Which I loved. I loved the fast check-in link online and the fast checkout link. Also, online the staff is very kind and friendly and attentive to your needs. The room was clean, beds were comfortable and best of all the room was affordable in today’s economy.

If I could be honest, we were on the fourth floor and the elevator near our room was not working so we have to do a lot of walking & caring our stuff. With a Sciatica pain not good. The one in the lobby was working and only one farther away from our room. Other than that everything is good here.

Fantastic location to Disney parks! The property is good - it was extremely clean and offered breakfast in the morning which was a huge help. The walls are thin and we could hear the TV and people talking in the room next to us so I had to bang on the wall a couple of times. Great parking. Pool available but hot tub was broken. Great value for money for proximity to Disney - we only slept in the room and was out all day.

It is close to Knott's, target, Wendy's, doesn't have any space in the room. But room was clean all around and the breakfast was simple but still was fulfilling. And has 24hrs coffee.

The room wasn't that big felt cramped...no microwave only 1 in the main lobby...and 1 pillow had a red stain might have been blood not sure and wen I reported it they said they didn't have any...and when my wife went to get it replaced they said no one reported it. Plus the screen to the window was broke looked like they tried to get in and the door too.

It was near to Koreatown and Knotts Berry Farm theme park. Nearby to Target. Quiet area and have own parking area, without extra charge. There is a washer and dryer for guests use. Seems like it was recently renovated with new paint and place looks nice and clean. Breakfast was basic: coffee, bread, cereal, juice. Common microwave at the lobby. No microwave in the room. Seems like a safe area.

The laundry area wasn't 24hrs. The coin machine wasn't working but manage to change quarters with the staff at the lobby.

It was a good location for the purpose of the trip

We had to sign into the tv every time we turned it on, which was a process, and time consuming. It did not stay signed in for the duration of our stay. Room service asked us for a specific time to clean the room. We returned to the room 1.5 hours later. The room was not cleaned. We settled in to watch a movie. Then room service came to clean, and we had to leave the room during that process.

Great price and location. Convenient to everything we had planned. Clean inside and very comfortable beds. Guest laundry was clean, secure, and inexpensive. Large fridge in the room.

Lots of smokers smoking where they weren't supposed to. Lots of homeless/vagrancy in the immediate areas. Had to call to request room cleaning if you wanted it, but for the best price in town, all that was acceptable.

Nice spot lots of available things around and near by to do

We went to get breakfast at about 910, they were suppose to stop serving at 930 and got turned away, that was one of the main reasons we booked because it included breakfast, I even paid an extra 20 so we can stay til 1 but because we didn’t get to eat we ended up leaving earlier anyway to go eat. Other than that it was good

The room was very clean, the mini fridge was a good size for weekend snacks and drinks, the bed was very comfortable, the air conditioner worked amazingly, the location was prefect, the price was fantastic, and the check-in staff were so kind and helpful and patient and friendly !

Our bathroom sink didn’t drain properly, very loud cleaning carts going back and forth kept waking us up, but since everything was SO clean that is forgiven!

I appreciated the location, and the price for the nice room. The room was clean. The lobby area appeared to be clean, however; I merely passed through with the exception of check-in upon my arrival.

My room had two beds and was able to accommodate up to 4 people, yet there was only one bath towel for showering, and only 1 drinking cup. The elevator closest to my room was also out of order. Thankfully, the other elevator was operational.

The king size bed was quite nice and comfortable. My room was nice and clean. Nice large screen tv too.

The drink vending machine ran out of everything one day and it only accepts dollar bills.
