To start of this was a family vacation planned 3 month in advanced unfortunately we had made reservations elsewhere down the street in the (ghetto) Extended Stay and Relax Suites. I usually don't make hard comments like this, but would rather be honest make sure others take the time to research and consider thinking about what a great job the Hampton Inn and Suites in 7307 Artesia Buena Park CA. can do for you, like they did for me! At first I thought my vacation was ruined and had to waste another day to making a reservation elsewhere. I quickly got my phone search for near by hotels, check for amenities and the Hampton Inn quickly met my expectations, I was very amazed on how quickly the front desk girl was able to check us all in quickly from 06-28-25 to 07-05-25, I deeply regret not getting your name to thank you and Hampton Inn and Suites at Buena Park, for making my stay one less hassle. You definitely get my high recommendation and standards, I will most definitely be there next year... Thank you! Very clean, staff was very friendly, breakfast options were very good , something for everyone

When using booking.com app it stated that upon checking in there would be a $25 deposit however upon arrival the hotel employee stated it was actually $100 which wasn’t a problem but I feel it should have been stated properly on the app.

Clean and comfortable parking felt safe close to freeway if you are staying here for disney land like i did make sure u wake up extra early it is 10 min away but with traffic in the morning it was 40 for me

Free parking was the best part of our stay. Also the breakfast was included and it was organized, clean and great options. Waffles were my favourite! The digital key card was helpful and the chat via app was quick to get a hold of the front desk for assistance.

The tub in the washroom would clog and fill up too quickly.

Loved how clean and comfortable the rooms were. Hotel staff were very friendly, the location of the hotel was central to family activities, and the breakfast selection was great! Some of the selections weren't the same every morning, so it was nice to have variety. Even better that the breakfast and the parking were free!

Our only complaint was that the walls must be somewhat thin. A family was celebrating a birthday in a room close to ours, and we fell asleep at night listening to them sing "Happy Birthday," eat birthday cake, and have a party in their room. It was muted, but loud of enough to tell what was going on. Personally, we didn't mind too much because we like falling asleep to background noise. They were happy noises. However, if you need things totally quiet when you sleep, you might want to ask for a room away from families or groups of people.

For the price this was a great stay. Location was good. Short 5 minute drive to Knotts Berry Farm, clean and very nice staff. Breakfast was also surprisingly good with quite a decent selection. Over all, it was a good stay.

My only thoughts that are not giving this a 10, is that some of the furnishings are dated and worn. That said, the bed was clean and comfortable and so was the room. We would stay there again.

Staff was very helpful with our extended stay. Also helped with parking our 20 foot trailer. Rooms were clean and stocked up. Front desk was always available to help. Breakfast was good, different stuff everyday

Only bad thing is the walls are very thin, we could hear our neighbors snoring. Pool/spa never had towels available, had to ask front desk anytime we wanted to get in the pool. Other than that everything was good.

The friendly staff and location. The breakfast was good and they changed up what style eggs and meat was served so you dont eat same thing everyday

One elevator made noises when going up and down like a sprocket was skipping or was worn out. Breakfast lines where long. Bed was to stiff for my family’s liking

The staff was so friendly and made my boyfriend and I feel real comfortable.

The breakfast was awful. Juices were watered down, tasted like water with a little flavoring. No bacon, no sausages, Chorizo was burnt and tater tots tasted like they had been frozen and then microwaved. It was just nasty.

I live in a nearby city but was getting married in Cerritos and didnt want to drive back and forth running last-minute errands. I chose this hotel because it was near my wedding venue and it was a Hilton and i know Hiltons are big on customer service and boy did they not disappoint! The customer service was phenomenal. I never felt as if I was disturbing the employees. They provided me with early check-in without hassle (had to call day of the day of to check). I asked for a pack and play for my baby and it was being set up for my room when i got up to my room ... didn't have to wait around for them to deliver it. I normally don't do this part of reviews but thought that I would because of the great customer service!
