Very close to fwy, and to park attractions Disney, Honda Center and wanted to visit restaurants. Feels like a safe neighborhood, no pedestrians walking around, felt very comfortable area. Has a coffee shop the loby which is cozy in the morning.

Noise started at 6 am, it woke me up and didn't let me go back to sleep. First day it was trash collection, very loud, second day it sounded like laundry area was at full blast. There was no electric outlet for the iron, I had to plug in the bathroom, not good. No other outlets beside one at the desk and the side table. TV is outdated and small for what other hotels have now.

Location is close to the freeway, so it made travel super convenient. There are a few restaurants across the street if you want to get something close by, but there's also a restaurant within the hotel too. I got to my room a few hours before my partner and they did everything right checking in a solo female traveler. Would stay here again if in the area.

The elevator took a super long time and it would show no indication that you pressed the button when trying to take the elevator from my room floor. I would sit there for 2-3 minutes, not knowing when or if the elevator was coming. I was able to walk to both of ends of the hallway to contemplate taking the stairs, and the elevator had still yet to come.

The hotel was really nice. I was very pleased and well satisfied. I will tell everybody about this hotel. I wonder do you have any hotels in the south. Like Georgia, Alabama, Florida, the Carolinas. Thank you so much.

What sums it up! It's to leave at least extra face towels. Which we did and they were on time. Thank you so much.

The bed was very comfortable. The jacuzzi, pool, and workout rooms were nice. The front hotel staff was helpful and attentive. I appreciated the late check out.

I didn't like that I had to pay for parking. That came as a surprise. The breakfast buffet is overpriced and I didn't realize it wasn't free until it was too late.

I had a good time I extended my stay and ended up staying for a week it's just so calm quiet and the bed is cozy

The only thing I didn't like is the deposit and how long it takes to show up back on my card it been over 10 business days and still pending on my account.. but other than that I had a great time.

We were greeted with friendliness and warmth by staff as we entered the Hotel. That seems to be a rare in this day, and welcome relief. We were there to attend a three day funeral for one of our esteemed Bishops. From the point of our arrival to our departure I was extremely pleased with my stay at the Hotel! Kudos to their staff.

During my stay there was additional security posted at the entrance door and observing the parking lot made it more comfortable and assisting guest with passes for to car in an area when there’s overflow. And the convenience of coffee shop and bar/ restaurant downstairs. Check-in and Check-out was fast and efficient.

I had no problems overall. One thing that was missing in my room was trash bags in the bins, that was not a big deal.

They are always polite and give you a great service when you need something they help you on what you need every time I stay there is a great experience for me I feel like home away from home

In the floor I was the smell of marihuana by the way we report it and they help us taking the smell this is the second time it happen to us but with a different floor

Location is good, the staff communicated well by checking in with me by text message. I did have a loud AC unit (a part was rattling) but they got it taken care of by the time i returned to the room.

Not much to report, anytime i come back ill be staying here.

Deposits take about exactly one month to show up back on my card and every stay is a new deposit sometimes a few times I would get my full amount back I would get charged for parking when I didn't even have my car there.. but it's still a great place and I enjoy staying here..
