Proximity to shops and closeness to the freeway. Lots of free parking and pretty safe. Walking distance to a lot restaurants. Pretty spacious room.

This hotel needs to provide a safe to store valuables. And as a Gold Elite member, you're not entitled to get free water bottles unless you have your room cleaned, at least according to the male night reception.

Cozy comfortable bed and comforter. Ability to set room temperature. Lots of hangers.

Where was ice maker? Mostly safety issues: Scary slippery bottom of tub with only solid side bar but skimpy end of tub handrail. Glass glasses at sink could have broken. Frig? ( maybe I missed it) Chair went around which is nice but unstable for older people ( which I am). Lighting seemed low over table. Construction at back entrance/ wood covered hole ( temporary, i know) that had no railing to help up high curb.

Plenty of parking.

No car chargers on site.

The staff was really kind. Meals were good but a little pricey. The scenery was wonderful. I loved the security. We felt safe our entire stay!

There were no microwaves in the rooms, but there was one downstairs available for use during certain hours. We had a six hour plane ride plus the drive from the airport to the hotel and was very thirsty. There was a bottle of water in the room that cost $6.00. Other family members were there also and hod gone close by to shop thankfully so we had plenty of water.

Loved the location and its proximity to Long Beach Airport, freeway exits, stores, and gas stations. The staff was pleasant, and the facility was clean. There was ample free parking close to each entrance.

The price point was a tad high, but the convenience made up for it.

Really liked how nice and welcoming the staff were towards us as a family. Liked how secure it is, you will need your room card to access elevator! Only 15 minutes away from Disney !!

I think more lighting in the rooms would be great! Would like to see pool water warmed up in the future for a better swimming experience! The pillows were unfortunately not to comfy, but that’s an issue I can fix by bringing my own, would still choose to stay here everytime I’m in LA.

Receptionist and quick check-in, clean pool area, my room was in perfect condition (no cracks in walls & good bathroom caulking unlike last Christmas), nice interior decorating (better floorings) of foyae / hallways. Someone/team executed splendidly.

It was all good - including the good promotion of the bar on the inside elevator doors. I've consulted businesses and I can professionally say: GOOD IDEA EXECUTION (you "killed" it).

Perfect location. Near Los Angeles but tucked away in its own quiet locale. I saw an older couple go out for a power walk at 6 am. I saw two young people get up at 6 am to sit outside the hotel to prepare for their business day. i used the hotel gym as well as walked around the neighborhood for exercise along with other hotel guests. My point is people felt comfortable at the hotel. That is huge!

Maybe the breakfast which is great jumping from $18 to $21 from last October to March seemed a bit steep.

This was in a great location with plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable and I was actually able to sleep well each night. There is restaurant downstairs. The only meal I ate there was breakfast but the food on the buffet was delicious and there were lots of options. The staff was super nice.

There wasn't anything I didn't like. We loved this hotel.

I was not happy due to the fact that I added breakfast and got charged more but when I arrived and mentioned it they said the didn’t see it on there side I would like it to be refunded bad to me other I would of never added it and got charged less instead of throwing away money just because
