Staff was friendly and quick. Everything was as clean as it could be. The cookies were delicious! The hotel has been a favorite spot for my family and friends for the last 20 years. Overall, it was a fabulous stay!

You can tell that the hotel is getting old and see signs of disrepair - old and large carpet stains in the room and around the elevator lounge (ground floor), and scratched/worn elevator doors, and old/dated buttons. It's nice to see they constantly do what they can to keep it tidy (paint and spot treat), but sad to think it could be struggling.

We love the location and its cleanliness. The bedding was white and crisp. The gentleman at the front desk when we checked in at 2am was extremely nice, accommodating and helpful. A big difference from our stay a few months ago.

The mattress could be more comfortable but it wasn’t the worst I’ve experienced in a hotel. The shower basin was a bit stained and it leaked water, but overall was fine. You also had to get into the shower to turn in the water and jump out of the way to avoid getting wet with cold water. Overall the bathroom was clean and updated.

It was a last minute reservation but lucky for me rooms were available. They have a drive way for those carry larger or multiple luggages. Front desk was friendly. Check in was swift. The bathrooms had bath tubs very relaxing after a long trip.

I requested a King bed but received a double bed instead. it was late and I was tired so accepted anyways. Sink had hairs, plastic curtains, and limited channels. No Netflix, etc. if you wanted to watch something good you needed to pay, e.g movies.

Comfortable, room was clean, refrigerator, gym, pool, able to dine in or out, concession store, bar, family oriented, business oriented. The food was good.

The view on the the second floor was of a roof there were old batteries and a lighter there. It took a bit for the waitress to get to get to us but, when interacted with us was attentive. Didn’t like having to pay for parking. I asked for room service to come in at noon and staff showed up at 11 everyday. The food was over priced as there other places to eat nearby.

Convenience of location, cleanliness and staff

We asked for a room away from the freeway and received one right next to the freeway. Was noisy. The windows in the room needed better noise insulation, at least on that side of the hotel. Also, the shower door leaked at the bottom, so the water soaked the floor mat. Shower door also would roll open about 2 inches, which didn't help with the water leaking. Could use a latch to help keep it closed.

Staff member were so nice and helpful. I enjoy the bar area so much nice and relaxing. My friend and I stayed here to enjoy that area, we also went to Disneyland so the location was great

I wish this hotel would've had a laundry room and cleaning people more strict when picking up the trash. Outside our room was a vending machine and ice machine, the trash can by that area was always full of trash to the point that people was leaving trash around it on the floor and did not look good or smelled goo and I couldn't purchased my coca cola machine took my money.

The staff were kind and very helpful. We had a lovely room too, it was huge, living space separate from bedroom area, and the bed was super comfy after a 12hr flight, all in a great stay and would definitely recommend the Double Tree Hilton.

It's nt that I didn't like something, but the hotel is a little dated. However that would not stop me staying, it was a great location for our needs.

I always choose the DoubleTree Norwalk whenever I'm in SoCal as it's always a pleasure to stay here!

It can sometimes be a bit inconvenient to have to go downstairs in the lobby to heat up food, especially when carrying a lot of food. Additionally, there was a cockroach that appeared in the store this time around. It was the first time ever, and the staff quickly dealt with it!

Me and my wife loved everything about this property. It’s very clean up-to-date and the rooms are exceptional.

It’s hard to say, but the only thing I didn’t really like was the pool area didn’t have a Jacuzzi and going as a couple. We were really looking forward to relaxing in the Jacuzzi.

room was comfortably spacious and clean. Breakfast was buffet style which I liked. Bathrooms were clean. Was an acceptable stay indeed.

I hated the breakfast. It was not worth 27.00 at all. The eggs were a bit overdone. The potatoes were just okay. The orange juice (at 27.00) should have been squeezed, but I was highly disappointed when I tasted it and it was not freshly squeezed. If it was, somebody lied.
