Easy to access during transportation and still nice but lack shampoo in the shower, not check by staff

Noisy during night time and early morning you can heard talking and noise in the other room

The room, 104, was clean. I appreciate that very much! The bathroom was very pretty. Nice tile in the shower. The sinktop looked very luxurious. I liked the faux wood tile throughout. Best location, closest to my grandchildren. Staff is usually friendly. This room was on the ground floor. Check out was quick and easy.

The bed had a very small dip in the middle. Once again, there was no bedspread or comforter. I guess you have to always request one if you want it. I forgot, I did last time, and there was one on the bed when we got into the room. Maybe I'll ask for one at check-in next time.The neighbors in 105 must have been tweaking! They talked very loudly all through the night till they checked out at 9 am. I hate the shower curtains that all the hotels are using now. Add a plastic/pvc liner to the inside of the shower at least. Water always drips onto the floor, and I'm always terrified I'm going to slip.

my husband and I stayed at this hotel and it was very nice and clean. We stayed there due to a concert we were going to close by and this place was very affordable and comfortable, we'll be coming back in the future (:

love this place. great rates and great deposit. staff lacks language understanding at times but overall great location.

I always stay here however for some reason this last time, I had to switch rooms twice for odor and the second was due to bugs (left side of the property). The third room after complaining to the evening manager I was given a room on the Right side of the property. AMAZING.

Beds were comfy shower was great with excellent water pressure

Outside of the building looks frumpy. You have to leave a $40 deposit for the remote to the TV. Hair dryer was broken. No phone in the room. Only one TV in a two room suite. Sheets had a few small stains. Walls are thin but luckily the neighbors didn't make much noise

The staff is nice. They are prompt with returning your deposit.

They don't have irons and some of the recycled towels are stained.

it was clean room with lots of space for a family 6.

the second room didn’t have a tv for the kids. The room next door occupied was very loud all night staff came and they still didn’t be quiet. it sounds like a DV case in the next room all night.

I Like that the deposit price/policy ($40), I also like that there is always housekeeping on site. Rooms are usually clean.

Some of the rooms have roaches and I DO NOT like bugs of ANY kind.

Availability of adjoining rooms with two king size beds

I can’t say I had any issues for me to say I didn’t like
