good bed, clean room.

no soaps and shampoos in the bathroom. Lots of light in the room, the curtain didn't cover the lights.

The room was clean, comfortable and basic. No frills! We were pleasantly surprised at how clean and new it was. We paid 104 for one night since we were going on a cruise the next day. It met all our needs. Thanks to the man who checked us in we were supposed to have a room on the second floor he saw my husband’s cane. He made arrangements to put us on the first floor, would definitely stay there again.

Nothing I can think of

Very clean and modern. Rooms are separated into two bedrooms so that was really nice instead of having two queen beds in one room like most hotels. There was no door between but still made for more privacy. Staff was nice and location was easy walking distance to all kinds of things...Starbucks, fast food, grocery store, etc. No other facilities at the motel...just a basic motel, but we already knew that before we booked.

Beds are pretty dang firm but still slept well.

It was very clean, and I liked how minimalistic the room was. Everything seemed up to date, including the vanity mirror.. The fridge and microwave were also a great bonus. There were also a ton of restaurants and shops nearby so the location was great.

I wish I could have taken a nice bubble bath but I couldn't figure out how to change the disposition. Definitely not a deal breaker.

The Hyland Inn was exceptionally clean. I was traveling solo and felt safe.

The room was missing a few amenities that are generally in rooms. ie hairdryer, a water glass (plastic) a bedside lamp. The room did have great ceiling lights but you would have to turn off the lights before you got into bed.

Very clean, newly remodeled quiet room on 2nd floor and parking area was well lit and accessible. Restaurants and fast food establishments within easy walking distance. Excellent value.. 1/2 the price of other similar hotels.

Fairly rough neighborhood. There was an obvious prostitute hanging out in the hotels’s parking area on my second night.

I like that the beds were in separate rooms. We were surprised and excited. My son was happy to see the train passing by. There were a lot of places to eat from. The Pike isn't far from the location. Hospitality was pretty nice.

That there was no ice machine.

Room was immaculate! Obviously the rooms have been redone recently. I don’t think anyone had stayed in my room yet. Bed was firm but comfy. Lighted mirror was great. Plenty of charging ports. Large selection of channels on TV. Bathroom fixtures and water pressure were great!

No complaints!

That it had separate room for the children. The room was clean it had the necessities fridge, and the microwave as well as the fan/AC were working. There's a few stores near the hotel and the beach was not too far. The parking lot was safe

It was upstairs, and the door to the restroom as well as the separation of rooms couldn't lock.

The bed was suuuper firm lol! It’s not a big deal since we got a good bargain on the room, but it seems like they put so much effort into the looks of the place, so why not put a mattress topper on there? :)
