Location is close to the freeway, so it made travel super convenient. There are a few restaurants across the street if you want to get something close by, but there's also a restaurant within the hotel too. I got to my room a few hours before my partner and they did everything right checking in a solo female traveler. Would stay here again if in the area.

The elevator took a super long time and it would show no indication that you pressed the button when trying to take the elevator from my room floor. I would sit there for 2-3 minutes, not knowing when or if the elevator was coming. I was able to walk to both of ends of the hallway to contemplate taking the stairs, and the elevator had still yet to come.

The hotel was really nice. I was very pleased and well satisfied. I will tell everybody about this hotel. I wonder do you have any hotels in the south. Like Georgia, Alabama, Florida, the Carolinas. Thank you so much.

What sums it up! It's to leave at least extra face towels. Which we did and they were on time. Thank you so much.

The bed was very comfortable. The jacuzzi, pool, and workout rooms were nice. The front hotel staff was helpful and attentive. I appreciated the late check out.

I didn't like that I had to pay for parking. That came as a surprise. The breakfast buffet is overpriced and I didn't realize it wasn't free until it was too late.

During my stay there was additional security posted at the entrance door and observing the parking lot made it more comfortable and assisting guest with passes for to car in an area when there’s overflow. And the convenience of coffee shop and bar/ restaurant downstairs. Check-in and Check-out was fast and efficient.

I had no problems overall. One thing that was missing in my room was trash bags in the bins, that was not a big deal.

We were greeted with friendliness and warmth by staff as we entered the Hotel. That seems to be a rare in this day, and welcome relief. We were there to attend a three day funeral for one of our esteemed Bishops. From the point of our arrival to our departure I was extremely pleased with my stay at the Hotel! Kudos to their staff.

They are always polite and give you a great service when you need something they help you on what you need every time I stay there is a great experience for me I feel like home away from home

In the floor I was the smell of marihuana by the way we report it and they help us taking the smell this is the second time it happen to us but with a different floor

A good sized room, good sized bathroom, the couch, excellent shower water pressure.

There was no noticeable working exhaust fan in the bathroom. So after we took our showers the bathroom walls were moist, and the mirror was foggy. My wife had to wait to apply her makeup or see when curling her hair with the iron. The pillows went flat.

The elevators were slow and/or not working properly. Had to use the the elevator at the end of the building which was not convenient. I tried taking the stairs down to the first level but it brought you out to the pool area, but could not access the lobby which was strange.

The staff was friendly, beds were comfortable and the restaurant on site was great! Plus a Pete’s coffee!

I felt the rooms could have been cleaner and the room we were in was awkward bathroom the plus was super far away from the mirror to use blow dryer

The restaurant in the hotel was super nice and the food was amazing! I liked the room as well it was very big and spacious

The bathroom tub was very dirty I don’t know if it was stained or just not cleaned. We put a towel down in the tub I did not want to step in it bare foot.
