The room was very clean, stocked with kitchen essentials, the bathroom was nicely stocked as well. The location was quite even with being by the freeway, a huge plus. The staff was incredibly polite and accommodating.

The bed and sofa bed were extremely uncomfortable as they were incredibly firm even with the mattress having a pad on it, as well as the sheets were very stiff/starchy feeling making it quite difficult to sleep comfortably. There were quite a bit of scrapes on the walls taking away from the cleanliness of the place.

Walls were dirty. Door frames, light switches and most typically touches areas were dirty. Needed a good clorox wipe down!! Bathtub shower dripped all night long. Room had a weird odor.

Clean, comfortable and well equipped rooms, great for an extended stay. Daily breakfast was good, made use of the pool. Location was helpful being next to freeway

Always on time at 630am, even earlier for select items. Good selection of yogurt, cereal, fruit, snacks and drinks. Hot food included waffles, porridge, and the usual scrambled eggs, sausage/bacon and quiche type foods. Completely free and common food selection.

This is the third time I have stayed here. The first was near the beginning of COVID and adjustments were made for guests. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The rooms and common areas are clean. Plenty of parking and has been quiet at night.

Location was good for our purpose and with kitchen helped

There were mosquitoes bathroom and we got bite at first night. During night was little bit noise because we were first floor. Before checking out, already card key didn’t work and I have to wait at outside till maintenance would come and he couldn’t fix soon.

Nice room, I didn’t realize there would be a full kitchen and fridge! Friendly, helpful staff. Great breakfast! Nice pool, outdoor area and lounge. Excellent value for the price!

Room was near the pool and pool times were not well enforced, so the noise of loud guests at the pool past 10pm was a little annoying.

The property and room was clean. We loved the hot tub and the breakfast was good. We also were pleasantly surprised for the access to Netflix.

When we first got there my sister found what seemed to be cigar butts or poop next to the bed, once we notified the staff they were quick to come and clean it up and do another general clean. They did a good job. The pool could have been warmed a little (but that’s just me).

Location, size of room, good customer service, love the amenities

We stayed here last year and gave it a fabulous rating, loved everything about it. This trip, we were given a room that really seemed a little shabby, the carpet was stained and the furniture looked a little thrashed, the bed was uncomfortable for my husband. Thought about changing rooms, but didn't. Still had good customer service, friendly housekeeping, etc. I would stay again; however, I would check out the room before we unloaded all of our luggage.
