Easy check in, friendly staff. Spacious room. Stayed in a suite. Beds really comfy ! Good pressure from shower. Fire pit on relaxed night. Went to Huntington beach to eat at night. Lots restaurants and nightlife. Breakfast pastries were good.

Lack of toilet roll ( thankfully we had spare on us ) and only 3 towels for 4 adults. Put dirty towels outside room to be changed but never received fresh ones. Breakfast was only for 2 people although 4 of us ( bit strange ) .. so 2 people picked up enough for 4 of us.

Breakfast was fine although somewhat misrepresented. You advertise you have a restaurant and free breakfast. However, counter service is not what I was expecting. And the free breakfast included a few pastries, cereal, yogurt, etc. I had to pay for a hot breakfast. A bit misleading??

Internet connection in one of our rooms was poor. The refrigerators in our rooms froze the items we put in them.

The property was close to where our family was meeting, clean, quiet and well staffed. The kids loved the pool even though it was cold. Lots of parking available.

Charged $10 a day for parking, is that a new thing for hotels to charge guests to park? Also Breakfast was not included in price as advertised on Booking. Com. The manager said they had been trying to change that however booking. Com was not co operating.

Updated public spaces. Nice interior and lobby. Not fancy, but modern and clean. Relaxing colors and lighting. Staff was helpful if needed, otherwise quiet and unobtrusive. Neighborhood was safe. Beds were very comfortable. ADA unit with roll in shower usable for wheelchair. Plenty of grab bars. Be wary of accessible tub unit. No bars at toilet.

Coffee bar in AM was pretty limited, but you can get your coffee.

I booked a room here to stay close to my cousin in Huntington Beach. The location was very convenient for me. The parking space is spacious. I particularly appreciated the painting and pleasing decoration in the room. The bedding is soft and clean. The bathroom is clean as well. All the staffs are very kind and friendly, especially the breakfast staff. She is dedicated to her work as she was attentive the customers' needs and gave us the best service.

Hotel was better than I was expecting. Room was excellent, pretty modern, and I love the tv had netflix, so my kids could watch it.

I paid extra for breakfast just to get there and pretty much the breakfast was coffee or tea, pastries, bottle juice and cereal. All the hotel I went had a breakfast room with eggs, bacon, potatoes or hash brown, toasts, pancakes, waffles and a big variety, but I was really disappointed, and they give you cards...the breakfast was only for 2 people, so having 4 people in the room, that doesn't help at all. For the price, it should have a good breakfast for all the people in the room (up to 4 people for double queens). The other think I didn't like it was paying for parking and it wasn't even covered. It is not a big deal, but if I'm parking in the back of the hotel, outside, it should be free.

The cleanliness was out standing and the manager was so kind.

My room was on the top floor room right across from an electrical room and it has a terrible humming sound that goes on all the time. So just avoid room 307 other than that it was perfect.

The hotel was in a nice location where you can get to the beach, mall, and disneyland within reasonable time. Additionally service was quick.

Lobby was a little cold, I feel like it is very common that hotel lobbies are so exposed that it feels like I'm still outside. Other than that, I think that's just a more of a me issue.

Location was great. Nice outdoor space. Laundry facilities on site. Super friendly staff who accommodated are needs.

Paid for breakfast package with our booking but it only included 2 people per room and we were 4 people therefore we had to share. Breakfast was minimalist, was expecting a buffet style when adding the breakfast package to our booking. Next time I will not buy the package.

Room was clean although housekeeping is only for guests staying 7nights minimum. Facilities are all good.

Nothing much. We needed to pickup new towels and replenishments of toiletries from the reception, but that’s fine. Might be better if they can be supplied once requested. Pool wasn’t heated. Might be better if properly heated so guests can still swim in a cold weather. Short staffed when we stayed there. Receptionist was also the one getting orders in the cafeteria so we waited quite a long time and we just opted to eat outside.
