Checked into this gem based on the rave reviews about their staff, and wow, they didn't disappoint! The front desk I think her name was Leilani, was an absolute sweetest and delight, greeting us with warm smiles and an unexpected room upgrade – talk about a sweet surprise! Our stay was top-notch, and the location? Perfect, right across from The Source, which was super convenient. We also got complimentary cookies and free parking. This hotel just gets it right. Can't wait to come back for another visit!

I like how your maids give us time to collect our belonging and don’t knock and stay at the door until you exit the room, (past experiences) I felt very comfortable due to never having a good experience with maids. Also a more safe location to park your car as the security guard and police coming through checking our cars making sure everything is safe and secure and it’s very appropriate and appreciated.

It does have a smaller parking lot than most hotels around so it could be a little harder to find parking if you are coming back from Knott’s Berry Farm late at night when they are full, I found one eventually thankfully but I believe if you guys expand your parking lot, it’ll be a lot easier for us customers to find parking after we visit the local Knott’s Park.

Staying was really good. As I am staying most of my trips at Fairfield. Please try to make some different Beeakfats. Every time we have same breakfast . Haha

I am a silver member of Marriot bonvoy. There is no welcome snacks or Water. After asking , the staff was not friendly. Replies rude .

Overall very happy with our 2 night stay! Good location, clean room Sunday breakfast was good, staff was really friendly.

Toilet was loose with we got there, but got fixed. Pillows and mattress were average at best. No exhaust fan in the bathroom!?! Why no waffles on Monday! Just it picky stuff really. Overall definitely will stay there again!

Our third stay at this hotel was yet another delightful experience. The staff, as always, were exceptional, and we were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade! We often come to this location for a quick getaway especially being next to The Source and this hotel consistently exceeds our expectations. We're already looking forward to our next stay!

There was mildew on the ceiling above the window and in the large bathroom the outside of the tub was grungy.

I was driving with a truck and long triailer. at first ,I was worried they were not going to have parking space but they did. is well lit. I would of prefered having better signs to the parking.

Pillows! I was forced to carry my pillow with me as most hotels. including fairfiled. won't provided comfortable pillows. is more of a decorative puffy style rather than a comfortable

The shaded window, lets in just enough light. The A/C was great. The bed was comfortable.

Limited channels on the tv. The breakfast was lacking meat on several days. The coffee was terrible, tasted like instant.

I was a little skeptical to stay here after reading some of the reviews, but I’m so glad we did! The staff were great and very friendly, breakfast was great, room was clean, and it was close to everything. Would definitely stay again!

I’m happy the breakfast service came back and it’s across the street from The Source mall.

Last time we had USB ports next to the lights. All the USB hubs were ripped out of rooms. We had to switch rooms because the tv was not working and noticed both rooms didn’t have the hubs anymore.
