Staff were helpful and friendly - allowed me an early check in and a slightly later check out. Room was clean and had everything you need (microwave, fridge, AC). Pool was nice. Accessible by bus and can walk to major shops and restaurants (30 mins). Perfect if you are going to Knotts Berry Farm. They allow the $100 security deposit in cash, so you don't have to wait 4 weeks to get it back into you bank. Would definitely stay again.

Name is confusing - it is now called Best Host and Uber took me to the wrong hotel....hence another trip. Not a lot of room for a suitcase (in the room I was in - I had to use the desk).

Second time staying at this location and I would say it’s worth it, it felt safe and it was perfect distance from Knotts. This hotel was a tad bit tinier than our last room we had in the past but was still a comfortable stay for ours Knotts trip.

The AC wasn’t working properly but it was due to a lot of dirt in the filter, hopefully they can clean that out for all hotel rooms. This hotel room wasn’t very spacious. If you’re a light sleeper, I highly recommend requesting the top floor. I never had any issues sleeping on the top floor, but when I had the bottom floor, I couldn’t sleep after hearing every single footstep. This was only something that bugged me since I’m an extremely light sleeper.

I spoke to someone at the front desk 3 times and each interaction was very friendly and nice. The room itself was good and went a little beyond my expectations. I didn't know our room would have a small kitchen area with a sink, they even provided dish soap a sponge and dishes like actual dishes and silverware with a mini fridge and microwave. I thought that was a very thoughtful and nice surprise. And of course the location is amazing it's really close to knotts, there's a lot of places to choose to eat in the area and a Walgreens right across the street. I would stay here again.

The location was perfect for spending a day at Knotts Berry Farm. It was just a short walk away. There was not additional fee to park our car at the hotel. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and there was plenty of toiletries and towels. The staff at the front desk and cleaning staff was very friendly and accommodating. The price for the room was very reasonable for the location.

The room was a little outdated and small, but was expected for the price we paid.

Staff was very friendly You get what you paid for type of hotel. Very good location. Pool was nice. Vending machine in lobby was stocked. Great Mexican taco stand resturant behind hotel. Walking distance for stores, food and Soak city. Cab or bus options to Disney.

Everything you could need is no longer than a 10-15 min drive. The people that work there are very nice and welcoming. It looked and smelled clean.

Not sure whats not included in room service but floors werent swept during our stay. Layed down with my child on the bottom bunk and noticed all kinds of Wrighting like gang names and random peoples Numbers. Inapropriate things.

I liked that it was close to the knotts parks & restaurants to choose from. We were 15-20 mins from disneyland which is why we booked the location and it was a fair price for us

I didnt like the mattress it was a bit off in size compared to the box spring. It was too mushy. And i didnt like that the neighbors next door were having a heated borderline DV situation happening. It took staff a while to calm them down/resolve the situation. It was around midnight and my daughter and i were bothered by the noise of the whole thing.

The hotel let me park our car a few hours before check-in so that we could walk to the Knott's Berry Farm which is just across the street from the hotel. It was very convenient and staff were nice. Beds were big and comfy enough for family of 3. A refrigerator & microwave were available.

Some people were talking loud and making noises outside even after midnight.

Staff are always amazing ! Very safe environment & they do their very best to keep up on the property & rooms, & the safety of families . My family & I stay here everytime we visit Knott’s Berry Farm or just want to get away .

There really isn’t anything bad I can say about this property, We’ve never had any issues & always have felt safe with staying with this property .

No breakfast served due to covid. However, the hotel was near lots of places to grab food and walking distance to Knott’s berry farm and Soak city which was the reason for the trip.

I didn’t like that doors are kind of tricky with closing them, and the people who were staying next to me were up late outside, noisy, and hanging outside near my door.
