My room wasn't clean and the floor wasn't swept I had my own things to clean. Thank goodness and the refrigerator was full of ice in the freezer part since it was unplugged I just let defrost and the ice drop I just cleaned up so I could put my food in it. This room needs a lot of deep cleaning room 210 baseboards walls some spots on the walls dust around the top of the mirror . White towel no bath towels and towel that look like rag like .

It’s a budget motel. Everyone who complains must not be familiar with the concept. The price was very good, the bed was comfortable, there was a microwave and fridge. Sure, the furniture didn’t match, but two chairs and a coffee table plus a desk and chair, it had all you need. I didn’t use WiFi, cause even at high end hotels it sucks. I just accept that when traveling.

The TV was really small. I need to use closed captioning because I have a hard time making out what people say on TV, and it was very hard to read on the small screen. It was also a little farther from Disneyland than I hoped, but I knew the location before I booked, so that’s my own fault. Otherwise I can’t complain.

The shampoo, conditioner, body wash was more than I imagined and expected. It was definitely beyond my expectations. Very upscalish. I was impressed. Keep it up and also don’t get me started on the coffee. It tasted so rich and again, beyond my expectation.

One of the pillows had a B.O. smell it was so strong, I noticed it without even putting my head on it, as my back was leaning against it. I immediately switched it out. The rest of the other pillows were fine. One of the towels had a piece of long black hair kind of curly, stuck on it.

While the outside was slightly outdated the location is so convenient to the parks and to delicious food even fuel. The staff were so kind and incredible and helpful to supplying needed extra amenities to our group and accommodating helpful requests. The rooms were pretty clean and I especially loved no carpet in our rooms!! So sanitary and clean smelling and feeling.

Furniture was a little rough and outdated and Pillows were a little stained under the cases but that’s typical to affordable hotels, but everything else was so great!

I liked everything about this place! The lady at the front desk was very nice, very helpful, and she behaved professionally. The room was a unit that looked like a mini apartment because the bedroom door divided the tiny living room from the back. The inside had coffee, all the standard hotel, etc, features you'd expect. We got assigned parking spots. This hotel/motel is the best out of the 4 places I've stayed at this week.

The location of the room itself was a little loud since it faced the street, and the air conditioner unit sounded like it was about to break down. However, everything else was great so I would be happy to return here even if I got the same room since I really enjoyed my stay.

The lady who helped me was amazing. I appreciated what she did for me. There was a miscommunication, and I thought I was going to have to cancel. When I went back up to the window, she told me to hang up and she would take care of it. I was able to check in and be able to sleep after work. The bed was amazingly comfortable. The room was clean and spacious. The fact that they had a mini fridge and microwave was a blessing! It helped save me money while I was there. The bathroom was decent. Was able to shower comfortably and had plenty of hot water. I would definitely book again with this location.

Awesome deal for what I paid for. Very close to a laundromat, gas station, and fast food restaurant. Just down the road from Knott’s Berry Farm and a Walmart.

Internet was non-existent. Bath tub wouldn’t retain water for a bath. Staff not always available when needed. Door keys don’t always work. Limited parking available. Far from public transport.

Hot showers and clean towels... Cleanliness... By a lot of places to get food...and you can store it or reheat it in your room... Microwave... Mini fridge... Coffee... Sockets that hold your plugs.. the college football games...love it.

The thermostat only gets hot... Not cold The bed sounds like it's gonna collapse.. I'm 212lbs The WiFi is a challenge to input into your system... No real instructions to input it on your Xbox or tablet.. or the number is not taken.. says mistake.. 👀

I love the fact that it has a microwave and refrigerator Our foods and drinks were kept cold and warm Also the parking spaces were so nicely organized no need to fight for Parking space and the quietness was absolutely one of my favorite

The room was clean and very comfortable, went to Knotts Scary Farm and was less than 2 miles away and very convenient.

Nothing to complain.. it was very good and clean. Parking lot is small but they make sure you have a spot, they assign parking so it works.
