The take away breakfast was good the staff were attentive to refill items. The coffee station was also very nice we enjoyed being able to get a coffee 24/7. The pool was nice, our beds in the room were comfortable and we didn’t have any issues hearing other guests during our stay.
The kitchen does not have many cooking utensils or pots. We had to ask for a plug for the sink to be able to wash the dishes, and we had to ask for another plate and cutlery as there was not enough for the four of us. Also when we originally booked booking.com did not mention that there was a charge for the parking.

Good location, spacious clean room, nice pool with gas barbecue, helpful staff. Supermarkets and food outlets close by. Good parking availability. Tea and coffee available all day. Plenty of vending machines (although we didn't use them). Overall, good value for money, would stay again.
Kitchen crockery limited, no extra plates for serving, cups very heavy and thick, used paper cups from the breakfast area.. Nowhere for draining washed pots. Parking $15 per night Limited breakfast choices compared to 5 other motels we stayed in on our trip - only used once, then did our own thing

We chose this hotel as it is close to the Disney resorts - €13 for an early morning Uber ride and €30 for the taxi ride back. The room was a good size and had a balcony overlooking the pool with a beautiful pink climbing flower that made the balcony private. We found the bed very comfortable. The small kitchenette with a large fridge freezer and proper size oven were very useful. We stocked up on food and drink from the supermarket across the road. Although the hotel is not far from the road, we did not hear any road noise and the neighbourhood was quiet. The breakfast at the hotel was prepackaged pastries, fruit and a machine for hot drinks. The coffee from the machine was good. The parking at the hotel was extra but was in the hotel grounds and secure.

Great location! people are lovely there, we have a family of 5 going to Disneyland Uber was around $15-20+ most times, and we needed the 7 seater Uberx which made it more, straight across the road there's a supermarket ,vape, self laundry service and more, it was great, we did alot of cooking for our family it had everything we needed, full size fridge, beds comfortable pool is amazing and bbq by the pool was so cool, highly recommend.. it feels like home.
Only If I was to be very picky, if your are on the bottom floor you can hear Abit of upstairs movement but not a hell of alot

I love that they have little kitchens in each room. We were able to get some groceries, make tea, use real bowls and utensils to eat our food. I also love the style of the place. It felt different and more special because of the decor and ambiance. The staff was always friendly and the location allowed us to walk to the grocery store, a laundromat, and restaurants.
The doors to the rooms don't block much sound and the hallways echo, so there is a good amount of sound if anyone walks down your stretch of the hallway, talking or rolling their luggage. They do provide earplugs, so they know it's an issue. I also wish the heated pool was just a degree or two warmer. It was chill the entire time we stayed and it was almost nice to be in the pool. But we mostly just sat around the pool. I bet it's great in the summer.

The staff were incredible! The bed was comfy! I could get up without waking my husband. Just like home. We didn’t cook, but everything you need is there. I was told by another guest that whatever else you need, just ask the desk. The decor is adorable and rustic, and so incredibly clean! I felt safe walking to the multiple stores across the street! Get the homemade chips and salsa from the grocery store. You’ll thank me. Also, the Scratch Bar behind the convenience store is NOT to be missed! (They close at 2 pm, and on Brunch Sundays, I hear they cut off the line at 1. FYI) My family lives 5 minutes away from the property, and everywhere else we needed to go in Anaheim was a quick Lyft/Uber drive. Hotel Pepper Tree is going to be my go to from now on!
Although I totally understand, I think vaping/smoking should be allowed in all outdoor areas. Unless, of course, you’re inconveniencing someone else.

The hotel itself was great! It had a kitchenette and everything was great and comfortable. Unfortunately, since it was during winter we didn't get to go to the pool. I just love the fact I could text someone at whatever time and ask for extra towels or needed done. They were prompt to help us. Overall everything was great !!
I didn't like we didn't have a laundromat in the hotel that was a little sad but the they did let me know there was one across the street that we did go get our laundry done. Other than that, the hotel was better than great and maybe even more cozy than more expensive ones near Disneyland id say.

The size of the room was fantastic. We had booked the wrong room and the staff were very good accommodating and extra bed. It’s so nice to have space on holiday. The place was very clean indeed, well placed for Disney, just a short Uber away, the shop was very reasonably priced for snacks, the complementary breakfast was good, greasy fruit cereal and little packet cakes. The coffee was good too. I loved how comfortable it was and traditional Mexican bits and pieces made it a very nice place to stay. The pool was very clean and reasonably big, we enjoyed a couple of hours there too.

The location is great. 10 minute ride to Disneyland. Great big sized rooms with a kitchenette so you can make your own meals if you'd like. Good location in terms of super market and other amenities. The staff were super friendly and helpful. They even let us hold our bags there for most of the day while we went out and about after checking out.
They have a policy of only doing room service at the end of your stay or every 3 days which I thought was slightly strange but I wouldn't hold that against making another booking here again.

Very large and comfortable rooms with modern, silent, air-conditioning units, a dressing area, kitchenette and a large balcony. The pool area is small but very nice, and there is a gas grill that you can use free of charge if you ask. One of our nicest nights were spent there cooking food and swimming in the heated pool. The hotel is close to everything you might want to see or do in Anaheim. There is the option to buy snacks from the hotel, but the Mexican supermarket across the street is a cheaper and better option.
There aren't that many restaurants within walking distance, so having a car is a must. The breakfast was high on sugar and low on nutrition, get your own breakfast elsewhere. While we got our parking for free, they have started charging for their parking since and it is not free any longer.
