We love staying at the Colony Inn, we have been staying there at least a couple times a year for the past 11 years, The staff is always friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and have refrigerators and microwaves. The TV in this past stay was really big with a great picture! The Colony has everything you need ...but it's not fancy. If you're expecting Hilton quality, this is not the place for you. But if you're looking for a nice place, walking distance to Knott's for a good price ... the Colony is perfect! Even the walk is nice, you pass right by all the Knott's Stores and Bakery on the way to Knott's ... And Starbucks!

Weirdest selection of channels I've ever seen ... no network channels, mostly rerun channels and a lot of sport channels, But I got to watch a lot of Friends and Mike and Molly, LOL :D My only real comment here is that the floors, while they did look good turn the bottom of your feet or socks black ... I don't know if that's caused from a cleaning product or the lack of one, but that's the only thing I didn't like.

We stay at the Colony Inn several times a year. Location is fantastic, right across the street from Knott's Berry Farm. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The rooms are everything we need them to be. Clean with nice TV's and they have a refrigerator and microwave. They are not fancy, so if you're expecting Hilton quality, this is not the place for you. We don't spend a lot of time in our rooms when we go to Knott's and The Colony Inn is a nice place to go back to after a long day at the park!

Could use better pillows ... but they will give you extra if you request them when you make the reservation. The floors look great, but they do leave the bottom of your feet/socks a little blackish.

The beds were comfortable,and the cable tv.

The room that I first had was discussing,bath tub dirty,floors were not swept,the bed spreads had burn holes,the tv was ready to break loud static scared it would catch on fire,no light bulbs in lamps,bugs in the bed sheets,the walls were so dirty,and the door lock didn't have any screws so nonfunctional.So I went and moved to #407,there was a few cock roaches but it was way cleaner than the other room.

Location was great as we spent the day at Knotts Berry Farm and just drove right over !! There was plenty of parking available. Also we stayed on New Year’s Eve in an upstairs room and the fireworks were amazing from Knotts ☺️

The room we were in the heater/air-conditioning kept blowing the fuse it would work and then shut off, but the maintenance guy came out super quick to fix it! I wish they had a channel guide for the TV also

There was a misunderstanding with my payment but it was quickly resolved. The staff in the office was very professional and polite. The spa room deal was a steal for real. I almost felt guilty.😂

I could have used more towels. The maid I ran into was not very helpful when it came to getting new towels. It would be nice to have hand towels and face towels. No toiletries either but you get what you pay for. It was still a great stay!

Love the family room with 3 separate beds and the separate room has its own t.v. fridge and microwave In the room was a plus. Convenient parking as well and across from Knotts berry farm.

Unfortunately the water pressure for the shower was low In room 110. Never had this issue before with colony inn. This was my 3rd time staying the night in this property hope they fix it.

Clean and location

My door room was broken, my TV wasn't working either TV control, courtine was damaged and dirty chair in my room look oldest and dirty specific room 408 where is normally I stay many years now visit your facilities plus lot of weird people chilling at your facilities with out control

The property was very well cleaned and maintained for the entirety of my week stay.

There was one night where there was a group of people gathered in front of one room having loud conversations pretty late into the night.

The room was spacious, ventilation was good. Bed comfortable. Floors were very well kept. Walls nice and clean.

Well, in a hotel, especially one where people are most likely visiting Knotts Berry Farm, there will be some late/early morning noise.

Very close to Knott’s berry farm. Good location.

The room was dusty. Duty walls. Door in the bathroom was dirty as well. I don’t know if housekeepers are just being lazy plus/or management don’t mind to check the rooms neither. But I guess it was ok for only one night. I saw two cockroaches on the floor.
