Very nice and friendly staff. Room was close to the office on the first floor for two 82 year old ladies...quiet. Two gas stations next door, restaurants nearby. Freeway nearby. We were attending the Rose Parade in Pasadena and it was only twenty minutes away and easy to get to early in the morning. Ice machine in office. We felt very safe here. Room had a TV and good size refrigerator. We would stay here again.

No coffee in the room, but the office would make a cup of coffee if we wanted it. Only 1 small bar of soap, no other toiletries. No microwave in the room even though it was listed on the website.

Stayed for a little over a month was very comfortable felt a home my cat loved all the other animals hanging out staff (all females) gave me a toothache they were so sweet me and my wife are looking for a reason to go stay another week

We only stayed for one night and left early in the morning the next day. It was good for the price

We checked in at around 11:30pm, I had paid through the booking website but for some reason it wouldn’t show on their end and they had me call booking to confirm payment, this was the last thing I needed after a long travel day

The staff, especially Christina, accommodated with the up most perfesionalism as a manager should. Any problems, concerns, or questions she took care of immediately!

People are really nice! Bathrooms are big! Walk in showers. Plenty of room.

They closed the laundry rooms. Dont use the vending machines with the credit card cuz they over charge for the cards. The phones in the rooms dont work much. The ac/heater is supper loud! House keeping doesn't give you towels you need to go to the office for clean towels. House keeping never comes in to clean until you leave. If the toilet backs up and you need to have it pumped you have to do it. The decorations of the rooms are really outdated. Looks like a room from the 70s

The toilet wouldn't flush so I went to the office. They told me there was no maintenance to fix it, so they changed my room.

Before I went to the office to change rooms, I did try to call the office for like 10 minutes and got no answer. I wasn't sure if it was fixable. Though so I had to take all my stuff.

Everyone was very friendly helpful my stay was quiet and safe loved the dog park and all the pet friendly areas that they had

No housekeeping due to COVID-19

It was conveniently located by the freeway. It was also right next to a Denny's and a gas station. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I would book here again.

The check-in process was easy. The parking great and the pool was very clean. Oh and there’s a gas station and Dennys right next door. Coffee was very good. There’s a dog walk too.
