The rooms were nice and clean. The breakfast was acceptable.

I did not like the attitude of the staff in the hotel restaurant. They did not fill up the food where it was finished, we had to ask for everything. We stayed there for 6 nights and on one day there was not anything hot for breakfast. If we went for breakfast after 8 in the morning many kinds of food were gone, and they said it is finished and guests that came down for the breakfast did not have basically no choice what to eat except cereals..

Location is very convenient and safe. Couple of mins drive to supermarket, shops and food. Breakfast choices are limited but sufficient and decent. The room is decent size, big bathroom, beds are comfortable and overall is quite clean. Someone commented that the carpark ceiling is a bit low unless you’re driving a super big car, you should be okay. Just be careful when choosing where you park, and when opening up your boots. You probably can park just outside the hotel if the car is really too big. Plenty of parking lots in the underground parking. It can get a little noisy in the morning from the road across but it didn’t bother us since we wakes up early. Checking in and out is very easy and fast. Overall I’m happy with this hotel and its location.

Staffs are friendly and helpful. Our rooms phones are faulty when we checked in, didn’t quite really bother us, however, we reported. Someone came into our room without informing us to “fix the phone”, despite a D&D was placed outside. We found that somebody went to our room because a dirty cloth was placed on the bed. It took them three nights to figure out what happened. Only on the checkout day, we were given an explanation that their staff went in to fix the phone and not any outsiders. Why three nights is because we had to speak to 3 different people as the issue was not handover properly.

Property was really clean, we liked that It was outside the major city, but very accessible to the freeway.

What we didn’t like about the property was, there was underground parking and our SUV entered perfectly well the first night several times with no issues, but the second night when we tried to get out of the underground parking, we got stuck and it did brake off the top part of our truck roof rack because of the height, I believe it’s not the same height throughout the whole parking. Which I know it’s not their fault, but when do you ever stop and think that your vehicle will not fit, our truck is a normal SUV size and have been in underground parkings before many times ….but they do have signs posted before you enter, I honestly believe it’s not the same height throughout the whole parking

Everything. This was my first visit there & I was really surprised. Smooth check in process & the late check option is great. Clean rooms & comfy beds. I like the updated flooring they had. The continental breakfast was good too with one exception but I would still return to this hotel.

I didn't have the option to take my breakfast back to my room to eat.. I had to eat it in the dining area. And of course the walls are thin & the cleaning crew were loud in the hallway.

Staff were super nice. And room was very nice and clean. Tv had great movies and bed was nice and comfy. Honestly I was pretty scared because I read pretty bad reviews after booking. But I was able to tell that most of them were wrong. The only thing that they were right about was about the walls being pretty thin lol but not too bad either, and I'm a very light sleeper. Overall totally worth it.

The Breakfast was good! It was so nice to fill up before heading out. Make sure to get there as early as you can if you want pastries and bagels. Those seemed to run out at about 9/9:30am. The coffee was kind of watery. No other complaints really. Everyone there was super nice, rooms were super clean, location was clean and quiet, parking was a breeze. Definitely staying here again!

Nothing really. The coffee at the breakfast bar was watery. I'm picky about my coffee, so that could just be my preference. The bear claws and bagels had ran out, you have to get there earlier.

all was almostgood

Old and slightly smelly carpets, breakfast was very simple egg, bacon/sausage, potato. Running out of it was quick when hotel was crowded and you need to wait workers to cone and re-fill.

The beds are comfortable, pillows, nice and firm.The rooms were very clean, and we loved the fact that we had a balcony.

Breakfast is well stock, and the ladies at the dining area are amazing, making sure there's everything you need to enjoy your food. You just can't take the food plate back to your room when dining area is full.

Our room was spacious & comfortable. Staff was pleasant and informative. Parking garage had an elevator that took you all the way to your floor in the hotel.

Parking was a little tight. Breakfast was empty by the time we got there and was only “til it was gone” with no refills.

Better than expected! Receptionist was super friendly, they let us check in earlier (at 10:00am), the rooms are big, with a desk, night tables, iron board and fridge. The bathroom had more than enough towels, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, a shower cap and hair dryer. Everything was clean

The location is far from everything but close to the highway, around 20 minutes from Hollywood and downtown L.A by car and more minutes from other tourist places
