On-site Starbucks, Chef Tony, and nice bar. Great friendly front desk staff. Beautiful, clean, new facilities. Very nice lobby and undergrounding parking garage. Great location to all the great restaurants and shops in San Gabriel valley. Great freeway access - right off I-10 on Atlantic.

The hotel WiFi is very hard to be connected to - a little bit easier on iPhone, very difficult on Android phones. All 4 of our iPhone and Google phones need front desk's help to be connected to the hotel WiFi. One of our Pixel 7 phone was never able to be connected to WiFtm

Hotel is new and rooms are big. We had a double queen with sofa and it was perfect for a family of 4. Parking is big, and price is fair per night.

Cleaning it’s every other day, but we felt they just come in, replace towels, make your bed, and that’s it. If cleaning is every other day, it should be better. Breakfast is managed by Starbucks, so not so many options. Hotel is located in a Asian area. So if you like it, then is great, we felt a bit strange.

From the moment you walk through the doors, the scent is inviting and memorable. Onsite Starbucks (verse four!), a 24-hour fitness center, and a refreshing swimming pool made it easy to stay energized. The staff was genuinely friendly, and my room was modern, comfortable, and well-designed. I’ll definitely be booking here again on my next trip. Also, I appreciated the reasonable incidental rate and parking rate.

Clean and fresh. Easy to get around. Staff was excellent!

Does not have a dedicated breakfast area. Breakfast is served in the main lobby and the acoustics aren’t the best for first thing in the morning. Breakfast meals take a fair amount of time to show up after ordering. Food was decent and staff was accommodating.

The spaciousness of the room (I booked a double queen room), the bath room (lots of lighting and spacious) the bidet toilet was a pleasant surprise the wood laminate on the floors instead of carpet was a hugh plus, the desk with chair for working and an additional chair with a ottoman for lounging, the huge flat screen tv mounted on the wall, the ability to control the thermostat for the air and heat, the in room fridge and microwave was another bonus, there was plenty of light and the overall modernness of the room was exceptional! I would differently stay at this hotel again when I visit Los Angeles again.

It was comfortable to certain extent, it was clean and convenient for my purpose. The restaurant food it was delicious.

The front desk service was deficient, they were forgetful, the parking door wasn’t working properly. Also the false alarm that happened wasn’t the first one according to other guests, and the coffee shop at the hotel did not have enough personnel to fulfill the demand.

The rooms are new, clean and beds are comfortable, great location, and easy to get to. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Nice gym and lobby is spacious.

A little too expensive, especially during weekends, rate was increased without telling you. Underground parking was secure and safe but it is $20 a day. No free coffee, you have to pay for it at the lobby.

The staff respected that I had the Do No Disturb sign out on the morning of my check out which was appreciated as I wasn't leaving until midday (the latest check out time available).

The bidet in the bathroom. Not my cup of tea. Location wasn't great if you wanted food of a type other than Asian.

I felt safe. I loved the parking. I compared the facility to the Vdara in vegas

The floors were a bit to slippery in the room for my 76 year old dad. He fell going the restroom 3 times. He still enjoyed his stay. It was 76th birthday and he had a blast.

The location is great! It was right next to the freeway and there were some restaurants close by. We have to request housekeeping.

Did not like the room on the 2nd floor with a concrete view. Also, the parking ticket was very hard to be scan and it will take a while to be able to get out of the parking lot.
