Construction works began without warning and on the roof that gave us a bit of a shock as some dirt from the vents above fell onto the kitchenette. Maybe advice guests about any potential works being carried out.

We really only saw the 1 staff member when checking in, but he was extremely nice! We arrived about 2 hours before check in and he actually walked the property to see what room was ready early for us and checked us in with no extra cost!!! The room was clean, and had a small kitchen which was a nice surprise. I didn't realize there was one when booking the room. It was a short but great stay! I would stay here again with my family.

Roomy accommodations, big bathroom, big kitchen, all appliances look new and working fine. Looks recently renovated. Run by a friendly, efficient Indian family. I did not see distressed longterm inhabitants or other signs of urban crisis you sometimes see at extended stay places. There are a couple gas station convenience stores on the same block and the hotel is in the middle of the best Asian restaurants possibly in all of North America.

Maybe not an issue, but I did not see a way to regulate the temperature other than to crack the windows. In the season I was there, it wasn't an issue. There is an air conditioner but I'm not sure how that's controlled.

Affordable and secure familiar environment, comfortable but not so excellent. Hotel was well located near from Interstate 10 so it was very easy and quick to go downtown LA. Staff was very kind, we sent a message that we will arrive 1 hour earlier than regular hour of check in and they had our room ready to check in. Room was clean, fridge was working well. Comfortable bed and quiet at night. Wi-fi was very good.

Bedsheets were clean but smelled bad and pillows were not so firm, no shampoo and lotion provided only soap. Our room was not one of the remodeled ones with minisplit air conditioner (as shown on pictures) and it would be very helpful a ceiling fan. We were given a room on 1st floor near front desk under the stairs and windows are not sound proof, I mean we heard every time a guest arrived at the front desk and all the talk, and some guests were outside yelling and coursing very loud at 6 am on Sunday and they woke us up.

The convenient location. I also like the option to be able to have the curtains closed or have the sheer ones closed and that just completely closed so I could still have privacy yet get some sunlight

I didn’t like how the apps on the TV would not work because of the user agreement not loading to be able to have access to the apps

Lots of trashes around the facility to easily throw out trash or clean car lots of trashes inside the room as well, had a stove and large fridge with freezer microwave as well everything was working properly

Loved that they had a kitchen and spacious they have one without a kitchen and I preferred with the kitchen and it was very clean and the shower was spacious with the kitchen. Staff was excellent I kept booking my room and they were very nice and understanding

I really didn't dislike anything like I mention first room I got was good just to small without kitchen.

This is an economy hotel but it was very clean and comfortable. The room was large with a kitchenette and everything functioned well. It's not a scenic location or near a lot of restaurants. It's in a quiet residential area on a busy street, but very convenient as a jumping off point for other locations in and around LA. The staff was nice and the check-in was easy. I like that they allow dogs with no extra fee. I would definitely stay here again.

Nothing, except that there's not a lot of places to eat in the area. We didn't care so much as we were here to visit friends and family not as tourists.

Great value for an overnight stay that accepts dogs without an additional cost. I was pleasantly surprised the room had a full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and small table for eating. Nice clean flooring also.

Spacious living space the rooms have. The size of the refrigerator is accommodating.
