Overall stay was great.Staff that night could’ve been a little more nicer :)

Within walking distance to many restaurants. Short drive to shopping centre. Free parking.

Furniture was dated need a freshen up .

My grandkids live in CA so we visit here frequently. I am always looking for the best value for the money. This was our first time staying here and will book here again next time. The value for the money was exceptional. Facilities were clean/comfortable. Outside doors were locked at all times for security and you either had to have a key or ring the doorbell. The location was perfect. Breakfast was pastries/yogurt/waffles- which I knew from the website and served our purposes well. Thank you for a nice weekend stay and we will see you again in the future!!

Good things- the bad and pillows were very comfortable, a lot of towels, refrigerator was good and useful, air conditioning/heat was good. Windows actually open a little. Took a walk at night neighborhood was quiet, good idea for the security doors to lock at night.

Bad things/ Improvement- elevators are pretty slow and not that clean, so our carpet was dirty, there was that hotel humid smell to the room, they can use a little upgrade, also a deep clean walls had some old stains on them, water pressure in shower could be a lot heavier.

We had a mini suite, and it was very spacious. I liked the fact I could sit and watch the tv in a separate room after a long day doing tourist things. Tea and coffee were available 24 hours, and we were told to help ourselves. Though we didn't know about this on our first night. It was only by asking at reception if we could have some coffee for our room that it was pointed out to us. There were plenty of towels and toiletries for our 3 day stay. Housekeeping was available if you booked it the night before. There was plenty of free parking, and the free continental breakfast was adequate,along with the free WiFi. It was a pleasant place to stay and I wouldn't hesitate to stay again should I go to Los Angeles.

We were on the seventh floor, and the lifts were very slow.

Upon arriving at La Quinta, the staff was very pleasant and greeted us. We were provided with a freshly cleaned room with the AC already running. The beds were nicely kept with new sheets. The bathroom was stocked with Dove amenities (shampoo, conditioner, soap). The room felt very clean a d welcoming. Breakfast was continental with a variety of pastries, fruits, yogurts, and self-prepared waffles that tasted great. The lobby has a small shop where we were able to get convienent snacks & drinks to keep in our room. All the interaction with the staff was pleasant. There was no issues with voice other than the usual groups of kids running around excitedly - not a complaint. Parking was available at both front and back of the hotel with lots of spaces. The location is assessible to major streets and highways with convience stores within strolling distance.

Our bathroom fan was noticeably loud but nothing we couldn't handle. The tub's spout had a leak that could not shut-off the water all the way. While there was really no noise due to the leak, it was just a bummer seeing a waste of water during the time we were there.

Our stay was great. There was plenty of parking. The location was great. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were pretty clean and nice. Breakfast was very decent. Not far from Disneyland at all. I loved the fact that the rooms had microwaves and fridges as well.

The only thing I would change is adding protein to the breakfast like sausage and/ or bacon. And I wish the double bed rooms were queen beds instead of full for more room when sharing the bed with someone. However, other than that everything was pretty awesome.

The service!! the two young ladies that helped me Wednesday when we arrived and Thursday when we left, they were amazing! The hotel was decent, busy yet in good condition. The bed was ok, I slept well and the hotel is close to everything, from Portos to Knott's very farm. There are a lot of places in between. When ever we are around the area we will come back

Their breakfast, I know they are never perfect, yet today they only had very little food, no orange juice, things were a bit chaotic and a bit frustrating. We saw the situation on the run and we left to get breakfast somewhere else. Other than that everything else was very good!

This was a nice budget-friendly hotel. The staff were nice. The front desk was very helpful and had genuine smiles on their faces. The facilities were clean. The breakfast was good standard free breakfast food (bagels, muffins, waffles, cereal, coffee/juice/tea, boiled eggs) The hotel was within walking distance of other eating places. OH! I appreciated that the hotel did not have those little bottles of products. I was pleasantly surprised to see big bottles of lotion, shampoo & conditioner (Dove products). The bottles are locked down so people can't take them. I appreciated the thought to the environment. If anyone is like me, my family goes through those little travel lotions and shampoos quickly. Having full-size bottles available was nice.

The hotel is a little older. The lobby is very clean, once you get onto your floor, it may be a little messy. It's nothing major, but you can see if housekeeping made it up to vacuum. The room was a little musty, but the windows were opened to air it out.

We really enjoyed that the doors were always locked made us feel safer. We also enjoyed the free parking and breakfast. The staff was also very kind.

We did not like that we had to ask for the staff to clean our room every time the trash was filled or after 3 days for new towels & bedsheets however when we did ask they were more than happy to do it and we appreciated that.
