The hotel, the staff, the rooms. We booked a two room suite as we had our 14 year old with us. We sacrificed on the location to allow her to have her own room. Breakfast and parking included for the price made this Hotel a very good option. We have a car hired and I don't mind driving so I wouldn't be too bothered about having to drive a bit. Plenty of food options around and the area felt safe. If I'm back in LA and have a car I will 100% stay here again.

The location MAY be a negative factor for some but the value in my opinion in worth the extra driving. And what's not to like about LA Traffic

Everything was amazing! Free parking (make sure you know your license plate number), free breakfast, check in was smoothe and quick and staff was super friendly. Room was clean and quiet. Fridge, microwave, coffee maker and hot water kettle available. TV has Netflix and YouTube which I was not expecting. Some of the higher end hotels don't even have that. It was a little laggy at times but again, not a deal breaker.

Wish we could've eaten our breakfast in our room. We didn't realize we had to eat where breakfast was being served until we had already served ourselves and we already struggle with anxiety but we hurried and left. Probably won't take advantage of the breakfast but it's not a deal breaker.

Plenty of parking and not too far off the freeway but far enough you don’t hear traffic. Room had a fridge and microwave as well as a hot water kettle they can fill for you anytime of day and in a safe location

Bed was a little smaller than I expected. Paid for a queen room and looked like I got a full sized bed, the front desk staff was very kind and they even came to measure my bed. We found it was slightly smaller than a queen & slightly larger than a full so maybe just an off brand mattress, I will add it was still pretty comfortable. Breakfast could have a few more options.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. Located in a Chinese residential area, it is quiet and safe. Unlike the dirty, unusable bathtubs in many American hotels, this one provides a shower more suitable for Chinese guests and even offers slippers, a feature usually found only in hotels in China. The hotel is very new, reasonably priced, and serves a hearty breakfast with burger patties.

Some side doors are exit-only. It’s recommended to install locks that can be opened with a room key for convenience. However, if this is a safety measure requiring guests to use the main entrance, it’s understandable.

Staff's attention was awesome. Staff was always willing to help you get a better experience and the breakfast was suprisingly good, not too many but just enough options for a nice and quick breakfast to start your day, they even encourage you to grab a little something to go, which was very kind having small children that are not that hungry first thing in the morning but will get starved on the way to the parks. Beds and pillows were like clouds to sleep in after a busy day, rooms were very spaceous and cleaned everyday. Overall it was an incredible stay.

As always, everything was great. The room is always clean and in order. The hubby and I never have issues. Gaby, the front desk agent is also awesome. She is always great when the hubby and I get there. She is super sweet and professional. She is always very welcoming and kind. She is one of the main reasons we keep going back to that hotel. She deserves a raise for her excellent and, I mean, excellent customer service.

Located next to I-10, with double pane windows and good exterior sound insulation. Interior hallway and adjacent room noise was less well isolated, but our neighbors were quiet. Clean. Staff were amiable and efficient. Breakfast was good USA standard.

Persistent aroma of cleaning products may bother some. Bathroom door defaulted to closed, which left bathroom faintly "moist" smelling. Bed pillows were too firm and lofty for my taste.

Clean, equipped with kettle, coffee machine, microwave, and fridge. Breakfast is simple but fresh. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. He could do more than I expect. I will choose this one again.

Too much one-use waste in breakfast area. Room is a bit tight. The floor is slippery after shower.

It was a very nice and clean hotel. The rooms where nice and clean and I like how large the bathroom was. Just a little bit pricey though. Very close to restaurants and other shops like walking distance to these places. 

The only few problems is the ice machine is only downstairs. The vending machine is way to pricey. Lost a few dollars in the machine though. It looks like there old and can be serviced. The bathroom could use a few shelves to put his and hers bathroom essentials either on the wall or up underneath the sink. Also there was only enough eating are for one. But know of these items would not make want to stay there again. Lovely place

Breakfast in this hotel is good, we stayed for 3 days and the lady in the cafe change the meat differently daily and it’s a plus for us, she is very attentive, the basic breakfast all you need they have it. They have fruits, coffee, milk, juices, cereals, pancake (you make your own) and a lot more, just don’t expect Hilton type fancy breakfast. The shower is really great hot water is hot love it! The pressure is strong and the toilet is updated. They just need to the toilet paper holder its need TLC. They don’t have pool just saying incase you did see this during your booking. There are a lot of Chinese buss tour staying this hotel and others. Plus side they gave you slippers to wear and bathtub. They have limited parking space, the whole time I was there I’d always able to get a parking space which is a plus and the space is a great size for a full dive SUV, the parking are all outside around the hotel. incase you run out of space across the street the massive parking space of the gyms fitness’s not sure if it’s ok to park there. The down size when we came in this hotel has a funky smell on the whole way, the room Aircondition is cold but at night seems not right it’s not cold enough. We tried to turn on the heating one time, the heat emitted from the unit an awful disgusting smell, my kids almost vomited, my suggestion don’t turn it on. The front desk staff when they answer the phone is like answering a call from the hood, not like the fancy hotel chain with courtesy and welcoming tone of voice but for my taste it’s ok I’m not bothered, I think they just need proper customer service way in answering phone call. The bed is good and sturdy love it, we requested additional pillows and they are happy to provided but the pillows fibers inside are curled and lumped thus it’s hard to laid your head or place it between legs, the good thing I can use about this pillow is for hugging since love pillow to hug. They charge you $100 dollars for incase you smoke in the room.
