We spend the first couple of nights at this hotel when the Eaton Fire displaced us. It was so chaotic, but the staff remained calm, helpful and worked together to make our stay as good as it could be. The lobby and rooms were clean, and we felt welcome every minute of our stay. They helped us extend our stay and went out of their way for us. I highly recommend them.

How to get breakfast was not very clear, but the front desk staff in the morning helped us figure it out.

I Liked everything, specially the room of which it haves a lot of space and everything is close to any room such as, 24hr mini convinient store, parking lot (many exit doors towards guest parking lot), pool & gym.

The front desk staff. Upon the staff being informed is my 1st stay at their hotel, a lot of information I needed to know was not given to me. Specially, I was told 1,000 pts we're going to be given to me and I did not received anything. Staff should be more focused & understanding to first time guests.

Clean. Nicer than expected. Nice appearance. Good facilities for working travel.

We had ants in our car after parking in the lot. There were ants all over some of the benches in the front courtyard. Not enough tissue in the room. Safe was locked closed and maintenance never showed up to open it for us. Also, we were VERY disappointed to find out that there was a fridge, coffee maker and microwave in the room, because IT WAS NOT EVIDENT from the booking website. It REALLY would have been nice to know.

Hard to get parking during busy Lunch hour as there is a restaurant located within the hotel. They told us to either park at Mcdonalds if needed. Shower water wasn't always warm or hot. Had to take cold showers.

Loved the feel of the place. It was quiet and upscale inside. Nobody was making a ruckus and / or being disrespectful. The lobby was beautiful, the rooms were comfy and clean, and the jazz playing throughout the hotel was great. Staff was kind checking in. We got a last-minute deal on this place for one nice and only paid $130 ish, and it was absolutely worth it😊 Hotel room was comfy and quiet. The ac in the room worked great, and the sleep was good.

I didn't like that there is no breakfast unless you pay $16 a person. This is an upper scale hotel, and they can absolutely afford to do a free breakfast in the mornings like Best Western. Other than that I don't have any complaints.

The location (very safe), free parking, very spacious room, comfy mattress, coffee machine as well as microwave and fridge in the room. Friendly staff. I would definitely come back.

There should be a bigger trash bin in the rooms and at least a spoon for coffee/tea. Sometimes, there was also a slightly unpleasant smell coming from the pipes in the bathroom.

The location is near Chinatown and not far from the highway entrance, making it more convenient to drive. Although it's about 30 minutes from downtown, the security here is much better.

The breakfast is normal, but a little greasy.

the staff… I arrived at midnight and there was a old Mexican lady in the front desk that was really rude… she seems super unwelcoming that made me felt pretty uncomfortable..even the guard by the entrance wasn’t helpful when I got in .. I saw great reviews of this hotel about the staff, but it wasn’t at all… the room is the only reason I’ll give this hotel a 8

The property was beautiful, clean and comfortable! It exceeded our expectations and we really loved staying here. The room also very clean and spacious. Really recommended!!

Sad that we find the pool water not so clean, so we decide not to utilise the pool :(

They were incredibly helpful when the Eaton Fire started. All staff went above and beyond to help everyone that came to the hotel. They communicated well, clearly, with empathy and were very helpful. In addition, the hotel was always clean and the room was comfortable.
