They've been working hard to rennovate the whole hotel and it is a major difference. Coming along well.

I don't like that I have to be directly in front of the water when I turn on the shower because one shower door opens and closes and the other is in a permanent spot. The permanent one is the side closest to the the shower head and knob so you have to get into the shower and be directly in front of the water when you first turn it on.

HOTEL IS VERY CLOSE TO A SHOPPING CENTER. SAVED ME TIME AS THERE IS ALSO FOOD. ITS NOT TOO FAR FROM ALL THE ACTIVITIES I NEEDED TO DO. THE VENUE I WENT TO WAS ONLY A 5 MINUTE DRIVE. PARKING WAS NOT OVER FLOWN SO FINIDNG ONE NEAR THE FRONT WAS NOT A HASSLE.

OUR ROOM HAD A HOLE IN THE CELING ALTOUGH IT DID NOT BOTHER ME BUT I GUESS ILL POINT IT OUT. AT CHECK IN I HAD MISPLACED MY ID AND MY WIFE HAD HERS FOR SOME REASON THE PERSON CHECKING US IN REFUSED TO TAKE MY WIFES ID COPY SO WE HAD TO GO INTO THE CAR AND SHAKE THE WHOLE THING UNTIL WE FOUND IT. WE ALSO OFFERED A PICTURE BUT HE GUY REFUSED. WE DID RESOLVE THE ISSUE WHEN WE FOUND THE ID BUT THAT IS A VERRY LOUSY POLICY ESPECIALLY GIVEN THE CARD WAS CHARGED ANYWAY FOR DEPOSIT. THIS ALMOST CAUSED AN INCOVENIENCE FOR ME AND IT DEFINETLY WILL GO ON MY YELP REVIEW. ALSO WISH THE SURROUNDING AREA IN THE HOTEL WAS MORE LIT. ALSO WOULD APPRECIATE SOME NORMAL SIZED TOWELS. THE OTHER THING I WOULD REQUESTS IS AN IRON AS ONE WAS NOT PROVIDED EVEN THOUGH OTHER HOTELS SO OFFER AN IRON.

I like the fact that the staff went above and beyond to make me and my significant other happy with our stay. My initial rooms ac did not operate comfortably and the staff took me to two different rooms and finally satisfied with giving me the best possible room which happened to have been one of their best suites. I had a unforgettable moment at the Bokài and I owe it all to the consideration of the thoughtful staff. I think they need a raise.

They make us feel at home the room is cozy and we have an air conditioner so when it gets hot. There is a pool for exercise which helps me because I am disabled and cannot walk and i use the pool for physical therapy. They do not have breakfast here I sure with they did but they are very kind and their staff always makes sure I have enough the ladies are so respectful and are always kind when they come to me in the morning they ask me if I need anything towels and soaps and such. They always offer to do the cleaning for me or making my bed and stuff but i like to do my own. But when ever I did ask for help they were always there never complaining and they are not lazy at all. They work very hard I asked one of them to help clean my window so i can open it and get fresh air and he stood there using all the tools and cleaning stuff to make sure it was completely clean and i could see out of it. It looked like a brand new window when he was done cleaning it. He really put his heart into his job and he went all out to clean it up for me. I asked him to clean a table outside once and he did the same thing he is just a hard worker and goes above and beyond. he really got down and even under the table and wiped the glass and made sure all the stuff from when the people eat on it was gone. He did a fantastic job. The power went out one day and the wifi was off for awhile and I use it to connect with my clients that I do business with and they were so helpful and on it and took care of it right away. When the pool was dirty they reported it right away so they could have it cleaned. The help is always so helpful opening the door for me if i need help getting out. since i am in a wheelchair they have provided that extra help even getting my things to my room even the guy who cleans outside he stopped to help me. The people here are so loving and kind i could not compare the service I have received here to any where else I have stayed they are by far the best!

I think just breakfast i wish we had breakfast i like getting up and having coffee and hard boiled eggs. i like that but because of covid they had to stop. Juice or Fruit i don't know if they bring it to your room I don't think they do but if that is or was possible I wish i had known. I don't think they do because of Covid.

The Staff they are heaven sent they are so very understandable to my needs, I am diabetic and disabled and they are so very helpful with things. They provide towels every morning and the cleaning ladies are so sweet and kind and smile with all the service they do. It makes it feel like a home rather than a hotel and because of our situation we had to have a place to stay right away they understood and were helpful in finding us a good room and they go above and beyond to make sure that we are safe. They provide snacks and drinks at the front office and it's awesome because sometimes my sugar goes low and i need something right away and were able to go there. It's just an amazing stay and i know i will have these memories to last me a lifetime!

There was nothing that i didn't like about this place it has been the best place i have stayed at. I have stayed at a few places before i got here, but this is by far the best place i have stayed the staff makes it feel welcoming. I love the people here. very nice clean area around the pool and they made sure the pool was clean. The only thing is i wish that the people that stayed here were a bit nicer to the staff they deal with so many types of personalities i feel bad for them because not everyone is nice but they deserve to be respected, as well as the property.

I'm having fun here i am staying another week it's been really awesome. The cleaning lady is really nice and brings me towels when i need them every morning. they don't have breakfast but there are places near by if i need something. I just wish they had vending machines to get snacks when i was snaky or thirsty. But over all it's been great i love swimming they are really clean and so are their pools. the Jacuzzi is the only thing that didn't work but the water was always warm in the pool it is nice.

No ice machine and rooms don’t come with fridge or hair dryers or kettle like stated when booking. The pool was very dirty.

I love this place! the people are wonderful. They are always attentive to my needs and being disabled it is nice to have that kind of attention. Where they make you feel right at home and comfortable. They go above and beyond for my mother and I. We are content and happy here. We love our stays.

There is nothing to complain about. I love the stay there is no complaints. There is only one wish I have to bring back the breakfast lol. I miss having coffee and hard boiled eggs.

the bed was big, we got the new room as the receptionist said

the lift was old, need new lift so guests who gets 2nd floor and above feels comfortable

Bokai Garden Hotel is in a very busy commercial area. it is perfect where is located because you can go shopping, eat and ever exercise across the hotel.

The things that I did not like about Bokai Garden Hotel is that during night time you can heard some floor or wall banging or perhaps was a loud television with a program featuring the banging. Who knows. also the gap around the door frame is bad you can feel like someone can easily open the door. lots of noise and air enters around the gap door frame. in my case I was offered a heavy blanket which it did help to stop the air and oh course some noise.
