Travel from Arizona for regular doctors visits and I always stay here, the staff is friendly and attentive and the location is close to many dining choices.

I have nothing negative to say due to the overall satisfaction for this motel.

It was clean and quiet very peaceful

They didn’t have enough coffee and creamer. I had to ask for more.

Clean, safe, modern, well located and quiet at night. Coffee maker, fridge, and microwave in room.Veding machine available, no ice machine. Breakfast, hamburger and salad dinner cafe right in the corner. Three long blocks from main bar/restaurant strip. Bus route 143 stop is in the corner, Bus route 129 is 3 blocks up by bar strip ( by The Improv) Managers very friendly.

Bed was a little hard, no ice machine. When I tried to make another reservation in same place price went up in Booking,

Beautiful fresh flowers in the perfectly landscaped parking lot. Upgraded room with stone vanity. Room was very comfortable as was the bed. Felt very safe on this property. So safe as a matter of fact that when my SUV tailgate was left open overnight, nothing was disturbed. I would stay here again and for visitors to Disneyland, it would be a great option at a great price!

NO ice machine. A HUGE and common negative for me.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The atmosphere was peaceful, and I truly appreciated how the manager took the time to ensure I had a quiet room by placing me in an end unit. It made such a difference in my experience. The room was clean, well-maintained, and everything I needed was readily available.

The only small downside was that it took a bit longer for the shower water to warm up, which was a bit inconvenient. Also, the plastic mattress cover was a little unexpected, but it didn’t affect my comfort too much.

Nice, clean, quiet, modern room, bright lights in the parking area, able to park close to room, Coffee provided, extra space in room for exercise or whatever. TV worked. Nice staff. Helped with with a car issue I had, answering a question.

The space where you put your clothes (closet space) is quite small and not adequate for storing all but a few shirts. And the 2 immobile hangers gave you even less space. The extra empty space in the room could be used to a little wooden closet wardrobe stand-alone frame, to have more space for clothes and changing.

From check-in to check-out, everything was perfect during my 2-night stay. The Manager was polite and helpful throughout. The room was clean, was large with a large queen-sized bed. The entire place is safe, quiet and yet only 1 to 10 minutes away from restaurants, 7/11 etc. There was maintenence ongoing in some rooms, but honestly I didn't even notice or hear any noise during my 2 nights stay. I'd definitely stay here again...it's the best Motel I've stayed in since my business road trip began a week ago.

Location was great. Price was fair compared to the area. Bed was comfortable. Although the AC unit was next to the bed, it was a comfortable air flow & temp & wasn’t noisy & didn’t blow in your face like other ACs. Fridge was appreciated. Felt safe parking in this location.

Small old blood stains on sheets, very old/thin towels…face towels were grey & don’t look clean at all. Bathroom light/fan didn’t work so we had to use it with the door open & the person who checked us in didn’t tell us at the beginning of our stay but when I told him at check out, he said he knew about it & it was meant to be serviced 3 days after our stay. I would have appreciated a heads up. I get it, the price was low but I still expected a functioning room.

You can’t beat the value of this place. For the price, you get a nice, clean, comfortable room.

We only stayed one night, but enjoyed it nonetheless. However, our water was shut off in the morning while we were getting ready to check out. There was construction at the Motel during this time, so that might have been it. But we didn’t receive any fore-warning about it. That was the only negative thing, everything else was great.

The location was convenient, on a main road with a cafe across the street. It seemed family-owned (Indian) and they were pleasant. The room was clean, modern and the bed was comfortable.

The room was a bit small. In the evening, they speak to you through a glass window. Hmm, Brea seemed like a nice, safe area. Perhaps that is standard in that area in the evening.
