Clean, safety location.

Rooms were spacious. Beds were comfortable. Everything was just like in the picture. Breakfast was sufficient. There was waffles, boiled eggs, porridge, various breads and yoghurt. Enough to fill you up. There was always seats available. Plenty of parking

Front desk staff are behind a giant persplex shield so seem distant. Not much interacting with customers. Just check you in and out and done. There is meant to be 2 lifts but we could only find the main one. It is old and slow. We were on the second floor so just used the stairs. The main hallways are a little musky. The carpets need some love.

I have stayed here in the past so knew what to expect. comfortable beds. Plenty of parking. Quiet room facing back parking lot. Liked the large room with 2 queen beds plus desk and table with chairs. Worked well for family to visit room. Problem with bathroom sink & front desk clerk immediately called maintenance when I told them about problem when checking out. Left watch charger cable by mistake. VERY happy that manager will mail it to me!

Wish they had a hot breakfast but cold is better than nothing. Elevator is slow and often crowded. Other family members chose to stay in another hotel after having problem with elevator not working at this hotel in the past.

It was a nice simple room.The accessibility for handicap was very helpful especially with the elevator.overall for me it was a decent stay the cleaning ladies were very kind and did an excellent job keeping the room clean. I didn't use the pool as I was using a walker during my stay but from the neighbor rooms around I heard it was fun for the kids so if people have kids they can consider staying at this motel

Not much to dislike maybe just the shower water temperature would change constantly during the day but I'd assume it's because other people are showering at the same time but it's okay to use at night

Room was fresh and very clean. Sundries were restocked daily during our visit. Breakfast was fast and good, typical continental breakfast including fresh waffles which the kids really enjoy. Breakfast area was also staffed and kept clean and organized despite being a bit crowded and busy. Check in and out was easy as you would expect. No major complaints.

Walls are a little thin so noisy neighbors could be heard and were a little annoying. If you are a light sleeper, consider asking for a room apart from other guests if possible. The sound of the shower next door was particularly loud while in use also. Water temperature would fluctuate in our shower probably in response to others flushing toilets or running their own faucets. Was better if we showered during off peak hours.

This was a very nice stay, close to where we needed to be for family visits, good value for the price, comfortable bed, shower and spacious room. The breakfast was good, consistent, and the attendant was very friendly and kept everything tidy and replenished well. Minimal interaction with the hotel staff, but they were attentive and friendly, as well.

Exceptional cleaning staff! Housekeeping is on top of it when it comes to quality. I believe our housekeeper was Daisy? And she did a great job making the room feel safe and clean. Oh! And Maria in the breakfast cafe was always warm and welcoming when you walked in for the free breakfast.

It was a sold out weekend so you can definitely hear between the walls. And if someone next to you lets their door slam closed, your headboard will shake like crazy. So ear plugs may be needed if you’re not into the late night crowds.

The staff was super nice! The lady that worked the breakfast was very helpful and personable. Made sitting there having breakfast very uplifting and comfortable. Great staff!

The rooms need a better fan in the bathrooms, to help airflow. They need something that is going to actually work, and the fan in our bathroom was super old and didnt work at all. Maybe all the rooms need to be upgraded? But that's my only Con to our trip.

We took two rooms one was a suite the other was a queen twin for our son and his girlfriend. The reception staff were very accommodating and always meet any request we even got early check in and a 1pm checkout. Rooms were cleaned daily to a good standard, with fresh towels and sheets if requested. There was a good selection of toiletries if needed. Inclusive breakfast was varied and always fresh and served in a constantly cleaned environment. Fridge, microwave oven and coffee machines in both rooms.

Honestly not a lot the only thing would be to improve the disposable cutlery at breakfast, it’s a little flimsy. It did not bother us but north facing rooms have a bit of an industrial view which can’t be helped considering the location. South facing rooms had views of Imperial Highway but that is to be expected for this type of city location.

It was in a location close to the freeway/highway that takes you to Disneyland and Universal Studios, and it was next to a CVS and food options. Parking was decent. It was relatively clean.

There was no way to get feminine products when there was a surprise need for them. I wish there was a tiny “store type area” at the front desk for basic emergency items. Also, I wish the breakfast was available later, like until check-out time. Especially if we were out late at the amusement parks, it would be nice to get a little more sleep before we ran out of time for the included breakfast option.
