Really great staff, all the people at the front desk were wonderful!! Breakfast was great every morning and had lots of options! The beds were really comfortable and out room was clean and ac worked great! We had a very comfortable stay!

buses! the buses don't run enough! no options in the middle of the day! they stop at 10:20 I think, may be 11:20 and don't start again until 8:20! Last night we were there the bus was almost an hour late. so people were sitting on the bench waiting for a long time when they were there on time. wish there were more food options around because there is nothing for you if you don't have a car and want something after you get done at the parks for the day!

I liked the Breakfast. You can never go wrong with fresh warm waffles! I absolutely Loved the water pressure in my room as well as the requested comforter. Sooo cozy and I have never felt so clean!! And you are literally surrounded by every store and every restaurant that you could possibly need. The A/c was bumpin and the ice machine was our best friend! That ice machine definitely was a huge plus..I'm pretty sure you can pay a little extra and request a mini fridge though too.

I didn't like that the laundry facilities were out of order, as well as the pool and jacuzzi. I mean it's summer time and the pool would have been amazing. One of the elevators were out of order as well, but I can't complain too much about that because there was still a working one and every time I took the stairs I was getting more exercise. Lastly, the tv channels/cable sucked! No movie channels at all. And I swear the tvs are supposed to be smart tvs and have the ability to Chromecast but we couldn't make that happen. You definitely need to bring an HDMI chord to play movies from your phone or something. And omg their vending machine sodas are $3 of you pay cash and $4 if you use card..INSANE! so be sure to hit up the gas station that's right there to get drinks.

The ability for the property to hold bags is amazing. We got to have an extra 1/2 day at Disney without having to take luggage through security and rent a locker. The breakfast was well stocked. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and linens were restocked daily. Also having a free shuttle to and from the parks was a nice touch.

It is showing it’s age. Could use some updating specifically the carpets in the hallways. It would be nice for there to be a fridge and microwave in each room but not a deal breaker.

The customer service is supreme and excellent. Front desk is the best! The transportation service to Disneyland area is the main reason I stay here and they are excellent! The a/c and heater worked great and beds were comfortable.

The cleaning service was a huge disappointment. They never once took out the trash while we were there about 5 days. They did minimal cleaning and a few times did not make the bed. Floors were never vacuumed. There was a domestic dispute at night down the hallway, but the management and front desk took care of it quickly.

I loved the free parking, free breakfast and free shuttle. It helps save a ton of money!

I didn’t like that the shuttle didn’t run in the middle of the day. Also, the pool is under maintenance at the moment so that was a bummer since it’s the middle of the summer.

Love the breakfast, room was clean, the shuttle was convenient.

Clarity on the times to AND from the parks for the shuttle. The parking lot security as well and to make sure the people parked in the lot are actual guests and not Disneyland guests only who take the spots to use the free shuttle.

Loved the customer service and the shuttle and free breakfast. It makes it so convenient and easier for us!

The cleaning was not great! I know we stayed more than one day but they could have taken the trash out and replaced sheets after a couple of days. We were there four days. There were also problems with a few neighbors fighting at night, but the staff responded fast and warned them.

Nice bed. Good pillows. I've actually had this room before, and last time I was very harsh about some problems I encountered. Those have been fixed. The room was very comfortable.

I had no complaints at all, except maybe that the waffle makers are gone from the breakfast room.

There are plenty of supermarket and restaurants near by! I really liked the shutle to Disney, it was very convenient to get round.

I could listen to the other rooms next door. Not many options for breakfast but it was ok.

It’s very clean. The staff is friendly. The rooms are clean. They are a bit outdated but it’s a good stay. We have done a few stays and they have always been great. They updated their breakfast which was eggs sausages waffles oatmeal cereal juice milk coffee bread .
