Our room and the property were very clean and the staff was friendly. Parking was easy. The price was reasonable and it seemed as though the rooms had been recently renovated. Breakfast was typical, lacked any sausage or bacon, so except for the eggs, it was a carb over load. While WE weren’t there for Disneyland, I would recommend it for people who are. Very close and easy access to the park.

I knew about the vallet parking. We had two cars, was not expecting to pay $98.00. One car was $30 with fees came out almost $50. Only thing I can say was an extra added price to pay, but other than that. The moment I arrived at the vallet, everyone was so warm and welcoming. Hands down, best hotel I’ve stayed , beautiful ambiance, I also ordered in food. Delicious!!!! I

The breakfast was simple but filling, the room was very clean and well-kept every day, the staff were very helpful. When the free wi-fi was getting blocked behind their web portal, the hotel staff reached out to their IT department and had the portal requirement removed the next day until IT could get it fixed. When the front door closed loudly, they had someone in the next day to fix it.

The USB outlets in the center nightstand's panel were twisted away from the outlets, making them unusable. Having to pay for parking each night was a bit pricey and wasn't communicated effectively before booking.

The staff needs to be firmer with parking there were many compact cars in non compact spots and there were cars double parked the parking lot is very small and you pay to park we had to park on the side of the entry it was less than desirable as we rented a van for the trip and staff refused to call up guests and be like fix your parking or move your car to an appropriate spot but the manager was nice enough to keep an eye on the van for us during his shift

The staff went above and beyond to help, we were especially impressed with Alfred. We were super comfortable in the large room. The location was great with Disneyland walking distance in one direction and in the other direction Anaheim centre. The breakfast was better than expected. A special shout out to Pizza Dudes next door as well, life savers with delicious, healthy pastas and chicken tikka masala when we were too sick to go far.

Bed was very comfortable slept like a baby. The room was great it was handicap and had the bars which was great. The pool was nice, but needed to be cleaned, would be nice for a few lounge chairs. The breakfast was good except for the coffee, not sure if the pot needed cleaning or what but was not good at all. The staff was excellent, esp. Alfred. There was repaving and it took an hour to get our car and I had to walk to it, I use a cane so it was hard. But they gave us 2 free nights. I would reccommend except for the coffee.

The price and location were quite good. The room was large and had lot of space with the couch. Definitely good for a small group or a family! There was a fridge and a microwave, which were great for storing and heating up leftovers. I also liked there was a vending machine downstairs, as not all hotels have that. The breakfast was also great with the waffles and juices and cereals.

The pool was very small and a little disappointing. I also didnt like there was a trashcan outside my room that made it smell bad when my AC switched to Fan mode. The tv remote also had issues now and then.

Nice, clean rooms. Safe neighbourhood, within a half-hour walk to the Convention Centre. Nice of them to change the towels and bed linen every other day.

The duvet arrangement was weird, the breakfasts were really bad (just waffles, jam and low quality bread, as well as some powdered scrambled eggs). The AC had some issues and we could hear a weird, constant beeping from the parking lot of the next property.

Great hotel on a budget! Our room was very spacious and private. Great view of the Disneyland fireworks from the walkway balcony! The staff was super friendly and helpful, gave us great travel advice for the parks that ended up saving us tons of money! The breakfast was limited but totally fine for my picky eaters plus there is a beautiful outdoor dining area.

The pool was chained closed until the morning we left.

The rooms are recently remodeled and very nice. The room was clean and fresh. Pool looked to be well maintained but we didn't use it. The breakfast was good. Cereal, waffles, biscuits and gravy, fruit, yogurt, toast juice etc. Lots of available seating and it's kept stocked and clean. Room service was excellent. Front staff was very nice. Facility is clean and well maintained.

We were going to Disneyland and the front desk was not very helpful or knowledgeable on how to use public transit or how much the average cost for ride share was. Considering the hotel is only about 1 mile from the park I was disappointed with their lack of knowledge. Additionally the soda machine charges 4 dollars for soda. I expect to pay outrageous prices at Disney but this is just price gouging because they can. There aren't really good food choices in walking distance so plan your meals accordingly. The neighborhood felt a little sketchy at night. I don't recommend walking around after dark although we didn't have any issues the one night we did.
