Our stay at was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. A special shoutout to Esmeralda at the front desk—she was amazing! She welcomed us warmly, answered all our questions with patience, and gave us some excellent recommendations that made our trip even more memorable. The hot tub was a definite highlight—clean, relaxing, and exactly what we needed after a day of exploring. Every detail during our stay was seamless, thanks in large part to the friendly and professional staff. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Esmeralda truly made our stay unforgettable, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit! Highly recommend this hotel!

We were pleasantly surprised by the room and the facilities. We had read a very mixed review about this hotel and were very anxious about our 10 days stay with them. The room was big with two queen size beds (we were travelling with our 14years old daughter), there was still enough room to move around. The bed was very comfortable for me and my daughter, although my husband thought it was too soft. The room was refreshed every 2nd day (which includes changing of towels and refreshing the bed linen) and gets a full clean every 7th day. All the toiletries are provided. There is a mini fridge and a locker in the room. The hotel is 12minutes walk from Disneyland which was so convenient for us as our main purpose of visit was Disneyland. There is a nice pool area, although we did not had the time to use it at all. There is a restaurant which also serves buffet breakfast. Most of the staff are very helpful, a special mention goes to the front desk staff Aston, who was always amazing and very accommodating with our requirements. Parking is extra ($27+gst / day). We hired a car for 3 days and our parking was made complimentary by Aston. There is a microwave in the lobby for guests to use if you want to bring takeaways or have left over food you want to heat up. The hotel is located very close to the freeway but when we were inside our room, we did not hear anything, not even other guests next door. We had a poolside room and enjoyed Disneyland fireworks from our balcony which was amazing (specially on New Year's Eve, as we didn't want to go out anywhere on that day). Overall, we really liked our stay and would advise others not to get put off by negative comments.

Maybe some of the other staff at front desk (an elderly Indian guy and a young Asian / Chinese guy) could be a bit more polite when dealing with guests.

The staff were nice and the facility was clean.

The cost for one night is pricy. The ppl next to us had seafood for dinner and left their smelly trash outside their door and we could smell it. We called the front desk and asked if someone could pu their trash and no one came. Also the breakfast was a disappointment. Hot food was cold and pancakes were hard.

What i liked most was the excellent customer service from ALL the staff. From the first phone call to the last person I spoke with. I was referred to Dy, who offered us a discount group room rate, breakfast and parking. Torise was excellent. Always in communication with me. She made sure all went smoothly for our group. Room Keys were ready for our group when we arrived. Check in was a quick smooth process. Breakfast buffet was great. Enough variety. Restaurant prices, hours open, and food were just right. Restaurant staff were all friendly. All my group enjoyed their stay.

Garbage cans in rooms were not lined with a garbage bags. Only one extra toilet roll. When more 3 or 4 people share the same room, leave extra toilet paper. With Housekeeping being every other day, you run out of toilet paper. One of our rooms , had 4 Female guests, they had to ask for more toilet paper twice. She asked for 2 extra rolls. She was told, We only give one at a time. We are short on toilet paper. Bed mattress was lumpy. I prefer a firmer mattress.

It was super clean, beds comfortable, tons of lighting, spacious, and was close to both the freeway and Disneyland. They had a shuttle ART to and from the parks but we used Uber. Had a cute gift shop and restaurant which was super good! Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

A lil noisy but then again right next to freeway and a big four way stoplight so to be expected. Wish that the coffee counter in lobby was open full time.

The 2nd person who helped us with our 2nd night stay, made it seem that she cared and helped us and even noticed that I was a member of 4 points. (She didn't just over-talk to us or try to charge us for everything).

At 1st when we were check, they made it feel like we were just another number that should be grateful they allowed us to stay with them, they didn't even ask if I was a member at 4 points.

The pool area was really nice with lots of palm trees and greenery. Good vacation feel. Super close to Disneyland for a reasonable price. Also had ev chargers. On-site bar/restaurant was decent too. We could see the Disney fireworks from the hotel. they go almost every night so if you think you’ll be sleeping at 9:30 they will likely wake you up.

The hotel was in a great location to get to Disneyland and Disney California Adventure parks. Close to restaraunts and Starbucks.The pool and hot tub were great especially after a long day of walking. Staff were excellent from front desk(Esmerelda & Leticia) to housekeeping staff. Also Bogart at the True Grits restaraunt.

The property was clean and very well presented 24hr pool and hot tub is amazing ! The room we had was amazing again very clean and never had a problem, I will stress you can hear the road if you are facing the pool but it’s so faint. All staff very helpful and little shop was fair pricing to

The pool we are imaging due to time of year was a bit unkept with debris in it (also is not heated ), our ac was a bit Clangy but again due to time of year we had it off most of the time
