Oh my gosh the breakfast was delicious and was rather beautiful.

The parking. Way too expensive to park there. I already paid an arm and a leg for the room. why do I need to pay more for parking? Need a self parking and not just valet parking.

We booked this hotel for a 2 day trip to Disneyland, which was a 15 minute walk from door to door. The hotel itself is very clean, bright and spacious. Our room was very large with two double beds, a small wardrobe area for storing clothes and a nice big clean window for lots of natural light. The hotel staff were always super friendly and helpful. We arrived before check in time, and the hotel looked after our bags as we spent the first day in Disneyland We had the breakfast buffet each day, and it was great value with a wide selection of hot and cold food that was great to set you up for a day of riding rides in the park. Overall it was a fantastic hotel, and if we came back to Disney we would look to stay at this hotel as its everything you could need, and a lot cheaper than staying in the park!

The purpose of us staying at this location was its closeness to Disneyland; it is super close!! Liked that it had a small fridge that you can use to bring your snacks and or personal food. A small microwave to heat up food, plus the rooms were impeccably clean.

If you have a noisy neighbor for the night, you can definitely hear them above you or next to you. They do have a noise complaint policy after 10pm in order to prevent this issue.

I was impressed with how clean the property was overall. One of the staff members offered to get me coffee during the day. Although I didn't have a chance to eat, I appreciated the food options displayed on the marquee in the lobby.

I wasn’t a fan of having to valet park my car every day. I noticed that parking was quite scarce, and it was also a bit difficult to drive my rental car into the hotel entrance.

The place was amazing and perfect for the family to stay. Only 10mins walk to Disneyland made it the perfect location for a family visit. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone planning to visit Disneyland!

The only one thing was our room was serviced after 3pm each day which happened to fall during our toddlers naps so a few days we just placed out our towels and rubbish and they swapped it out. But this was the only issue with the hotel.

near to Disney land

Hotel is the perfect location to walk to Disneyland. Near to shops, places to eat etc. It is very impressive with a beautiful open plan lobby, lounge/ bar area. Exceptionally clean. Pool area fabulous with the loveliest jacuzzi. Plenty of seating and loungers and towels readily available.

Coffee shop was severely overpriced and staff were very cool and robotic.

The location was great, and the room was comfortable and clean.

The breakfast offerings were good. The sausage was particularly flavorful, and the bacon was done right and decent thickness. Pretty decent coffee.

Could have had more keurig pods for in room coffee..several of the USB charge ports did not function properly. noted to front staff.

Ideal walking distance for both Disney Parks and downtown Disney. Friendly staff.due to a small parking lot only valet parking is available. Waiting time on the car is really short, you even get a text message as soon as the car is here. Breakfast offers everything - fruits, bacon, eggs , oatmeal, cereals and so on
