Literally across the street from Disney. When traveling with a 2 month old and a toddler super convenient. Cozy and everything is close to it there’s a McDonald’s right next to it ihop and other quick stores. It was just right

No bad experience

The location is excellent, right in front of the Disneyland gate. The hotel also offers breakfast. It was all right, nothing fancy, but you will need it to start your entire day in Disneyland. There are takeout restaurants and a small store for necessities. Thus, we didn't have to worry about what to have for dinner after returning from Disneyland. Our room was okay. It has a microwave, even though we didn't use it. There were more than enough charger slots, which I like. The free Wi-Fi was decent. Overall, it wasn't a bad stay for us. If we return to Disneyland, we will pick this place again.

Love the proximity to Disneyland. It makes it nice to not have to worry about tram schedules or long walks back to our room if we needed. We haven’t stayed here in quite a while, and the room remodel design is very nice! Beds are comfortable and rooms are clean.

I don’t like that they charge for parking. We typically stay at a neighboring property that doesn’t charge for parking or hassle paying guests about vacating their parking spot by check out time on the day of their departure. They were fully booked for one of the days we were staying which is why we stayed here again this visit.

The staff from the office to the housekeepers were teh friendliest I have met in a long time. Everyone was helpful and went beyond to make sure we were okay with some limitations due to accessibility with a wheelchair user. I could not have been more impressed.

Accessibility issues with very narrow pathways. No room if there was a cleaning cart or scooter left in the walkway to get the wheelchair past for access to the one elevator. The beds were not comfortable, however, the rest of the room was great. Super large, especially with a wheelchair in the room.

The location from Disney was perfect!! We were there for the location and not for any other reason. As a family of four, two adults and two kids aged 15 and 10- we got the room with two queen beds and the sofa bed. It was P E R F E C T! We stayed was 4 nights The breakfast was standard - bagels, breads, eggs, bacon/ sausages, 3 types of donuts, coffee, fruits, pasteries and the staff was really friendly :) We did not mind the repeated menu for breakfast as the location was the only thing that mattered!

Can’t think of anything, it perfectly served our purpose

The location is perfect for walking to and from Disney. Also the breakfast was good. And we enjoyed the $20/day parking fee secure so not just anyone could park in there. The spaces were small but we made it work. Also housekeeping and maintenance were awesome room was always cleaned and the toilet paper holder came out the wall. They went in while we were out and the drywall was redid and new.

AC is a little loud. The Humidity in the room but that could have just been our mistake. And the toilet paper holder came out the wall but maintenance was right on top of it. Also how LOUD it was in general but we didn’t mind.

Location is, of course, at the top of the list. It was nice to just walk across the street and be at the park or be at the hotel. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Staff members were kind and considerate.

The parking stalls are too small for family/ bigger vehicles. Also, the rooms we had were nice enough, but obviously seeing wear and tear. There was a lot of street noise for those who stayed in the park view room. The bathroom fan was awful in the other room and it stunk after using the shower. The mirror doors for the closet felt really flimsy to have around toddlers too.

The location was awesome. The parking was inexpensive ($15) and under a gated entrance/exit. The breakfast was free and had a good variety. The beds were comfortable and it was nice to have two pillows per person (we had 4 I'm the room and double beds). Coffee maker and a larger mini fridge was also part of the amenities.

For some reason, the sheets were loud. Everytime someone one turned or readjusted the sheets it woke everyone in the room up. There is laundry ($4 for a wash) however when we were there someone had taken all the machines and then had more to do. Other people then started lining up their bags and suitcases to "reserve" a spot. NOT the hotel's fault, more so just a warning that you may not get a machine. We ended up going a couple min away and got it done quickly ( and had a terrific burrito place next door for only $8)

I loved how close the hotel is to the entrance of Disneyland. It's the closest of any external hotels. I also loved the breakfast that was included. They had many options and even some items that you could grab and go. They started the breakfast early too (6:30 am).

Parking spaces are VERY narrow. It was hard to get in and out of the car. It was very difficult to retrieve luggage from the back seat area so we had to back out to access.

The key selling point is the location, it is literally across the street from the main entrance to Disneyland. If you plan to be at Disneyland all day, 8:00-23:00, this play allows for a convenient break&shower i.e. at 16:00, then dinner i.e. at Pizza Press two blocks away, then fresh and relaxed back to Disney at 7pm Having a laundry room (coin operated machines) is an excellent add-on. The Desert-Inn next door has a roof-top terrace to eventually also enjoy the Disney fireworks that happens each night 9:30pm, something like this is what the Hotel should also offer.

The "included breakfast" does not live up to the rest of the place, to basic, to sweet. However, we understand you don´t book here because of breakfast, and when Disneyland opens at 8am that is what counts and why you book this location, so we just grabbed a breakfast coffee and apple/banana and left the other things untouched, rather headed to beat the lines at Disney and enjoyed a lter lunch there.
