We were traveling with my special needs grandson. On our first evening out, heading to Disneyland to meet with family, the front wheel fell off his mobility chair. Vincent from the front desk came outside to help. He went back inside to get tools and Marc also from the front desk came outside with tools. The missing screw was located (in the car) and these two gentlemen attached the wheel!! Our evening was spent with the family, because these two gentlemen took the time to come to our rescue!!!

Very good location 10-15 minutes walk from the entrance to Disneyland. We chose this hotel because we could book a suite which was cheaper than two individual rooms. Plenty of parking and we were able to book an electric scooter for my wife to use for the 5 days we were there and take into theme parks. This saved about 50% of the price if we had booked it from the parks themselves - an excellent addition.

Rooms are fairly basic but we were out most of the day anyway. Beds were very comfortable and bathroom was clean.

Pros: Comfortable bed, extra pillows in the closet, friendly front desk staff. 5-10 min walk to security at Disneyland. Safe area. Within a few minutes of 7/11 to get snacks. You can also get snacks at the gift shop in there.

Cons: It's a one star hotel, and your room faces a parking lot. You may hear noise from other guests. That is to be expected. I stayed in a suite and my bed was farther back, so I didn't hear too much parking lot noise, but I heard noise through the back window from other rooms. Not a deal breaker, just pointing it out.

we are from San Diego so we drove up (95 minutes) and our daughter and her partner came down from LA so they could take us to the Disney parks. Castle Inn & Suites gave us 2 attached bedrooms and one shared bathroom, which was fine for the night we shared the suite (my husband and i were there by ourselves the first night). it had a fridge and microwave and enough table space for our things. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the front desk supplied us with 2 extra blankets because they were using double sheeting with a very thin blanket, for ease of sanitizing during Covid. Every front-desk employee was friendly and helpful throughout our stay, giving us great directions and answering all questions well. We were able to keep our cars at the property for a few hours after checkout, since their lot was not completely full that day - what a nice perk for us, since we walked to the parks and Downtown Disney each day. We certainly would book here again!

we resolved the blanket problem, thanks to the kind front desk folks. no problems at all! Now that you mention it, one Booking.com problem was that the rate listed for our 2 days was in the $500's for an early 2022 special. But it actually turned into a bit of a bait-and-switch when we confirmed booking because it went up to the high $600's. this seemed to happen when we confirmed booking on your app. it would be good to hear from you about this.

Very close to Disneyland (10-15 minute walk) and very close to the House of Blues Anaheim (5-10 minute walk).

Old property. Needs a facelift.

location to the parks and the bed was very comfy. I slept very good after a hot day in the parks

Everything was all good so there wasn't anything to complain about. Oh, but the room was hot when we walked in. But after turning on the conditioner it was fine.

It was a clean older hotel. Great location close to Disneyland. We stayed in a family suite. 1 king bed and two queen beds.

The hotel could use a refresh.
