Location, location. This is almost directly across the road from the entrance to Disneyland - just a few steps. Very convenient to come and go from Disneyland, particularly for our afternoon break. While it was all basic (as expected), the room was clean, the beds were comfortable and the motel was quiet and safe. I chose this, compared with other motels close to Disneyland, for the Parlor Suite room and glad that I did - just that extra bit of room and privacy for members of the family. It was good having an elevator, and the ice machine and guest laundry were handy.

The breakfast was ok but extremely basic. The service at the front desk was variable. It would be nice if they had some Disney theming or anything to make the front lobby a bit more welcoming.

The location of the hotel couldn’t be better-right across the road from the entrance to Disneyland. I expected it to be pretty basic and was impressed by the size of the room, the cleanliness everywhere, the friendliness of the staff and things like the room being cleaned daily and towels replaced, having a tea/coffee making machine in the room, also an iron, ironing board, microwave and quite large fridge.

The window looked onto an internal courtyard with other rooms opposite so we kept the shutters closed the whole time meaning we had to have the lights on. But we weren’t in the room much in the daytime anyway so it didn’t really matter.

We really like that the sleeper sofa area was its own room with it's own shutting door. It made it much easier for the baby to sleep with that extra separation. We were able to get a crib brought up and a late checkout without any issues. Having the sink outside of the shower and toilet room was great as well. We could see the fireworks really well from our room and the rooftop patio was great!

The breakfast was "ok" we were hoping for a little more hearty of a breakfast, like eggs or meat would of been great. The coffee at breakfast was disgusting! luckily the room had a small coffeepot with decent coffee. The hide a bed wasn't very comfy either, but we weren't really expecting it to be. that's a tough one to get right anywhere. items in the little store they had was great and convenient, but WAY overpriced!

Could not beat the location! After a long day at Disney, this is closer than working to the parking lots. The room was clean and comfortable, but as expected, no frills. Breakfast was fine: hard boiled eggs, yogurt, cereal, toaster, etc.; nothing fancy. There is an ice machine in the center of the third floors, and there are at least 2 sets of elevators. There is an indoor pool and jacuzzi, but we didn't use it. Parking is provided at a cost less than parking at the parks, though you do need to move your car on the day of check out (unless there is room in the lot, and then the price is much higher).

This is really minor, but instead of drapes, our room had plantation shutters, so the light definitely came in the room in the morning. That being said, I am sure most guests are up and out of the room to head to the parks before the sun becomes an issue.

The location was perfect, right across the street from Disneyland Park. The check-in was nice and easy once we arrived from our transfer service. I got a great deal on booking compared to any other hotel along Harbor Boulevard. I realized when we spent our first night that this was probably a deal that was given to this company to sell the noisy rooms next to the elevator. Most people are still hyped up from being at the park and don’t realize that some people are in bed at 1 AM when they come back to the hotel. It really was very noisy, but it’s not the hotel’s fault in a better location, it is a great hotel. If you want, just a simple piece of toast/yogurt/fruit then the breakfast is perfect. There’s not many choices, but you can’t be choosy when it’s included overall it was a great hotel and we would stay again, but make sure we stayed away from the elevator area.

The location to Disneyland is perfect. About less than a 5 minute walk. Room was clean. Parking is amazing, we were able to park at the hotel around 10am, we parked & headed to Disneyland. Check in was easy & staff was very friendly & helpful. The hotel does not charge all the crazy fees most hotels charge these days. The parking fee is well worth it, it’s valet parking& you just text a number and your car is ready when you need it. The viewing deck was very nice. We could see the Disneyland fireworks from our room also. Beds were clean & completely comfortable. I love the pillows. Having the pull out couch in its own little room with its own TV was perfect for my tween daughter. I will continue to stay at this hotel when we visit Disneyland.

Location was great,the crosswalk is just a few steps from the main lobby and made the walk to Disneyland so much more easier,the room actually suprised me on how big it was compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at,2 tv’s was a plus,with one of them having chrome cast which I really appreciated.didnt get to take advantage of the indoor pool but it looked like other guests were having fun.

Everything was great the only con is the beds,very wobbly in my opinion constantly sliding off the bed on occasions,the sofa bed was probably the worst but still a solid room

The distance to Disneyland is the main reason for our stay at this particular hotel. It is incredibly convenient to be directly across the street. The fact that there is an option to grab some food and coffee on the way to the park is also very helpful. Self-parking is pretty limited, but it is free and easy to park through the valet service if needed. Everyone we interacted with on the valet team was really great as well.

There are always carts blocking the pathways on the upper levels. It makes it extremely difficult to get around with a stroller and I can only imagine trying to do so with a wheelchair. It is not only inconvenient but just does not seem to be safe, and I don't know how it could be ADA compliant. The breakfast also has very little variety and has the same options every day. The extended parking fee on the day of check out is also a little atrocious.

Very short walk to Disneyland. Distance from Disneyland and environment near the hotel where you don't have to worry about returning with children after the park closes. No need to worry about food after the park closes. There is a Denny's next door and a McDonald's nearby. Target, which is open until 11:00 p.m., and Ralphs, which is open until 1:00 a.m., are also within a 15-minute drive.

Limited space for self-parking. Although valet parking was available at no extra charge, it was inconvenient that we could not pick up our luggage at will.

i love the location from Disneyland to the hotel . I also love the fact that you have so many options to get a quick meal or sit and enjoy your meal in either Dennys or Tony Romas along with other sit down restaurants within walking distance. Also the staff is very friendly and helpful. The grounds and rooms are kept clean and stocked. The breakfast offerings are great to get something in your stomach until you get to where you are going. They have a roof access to enjoy the fireworks. i had a great time we came to celebrate my sons birthday and this hotel never disappoints we will be returning once again been coming since way before covid and we will continue thank you Lorraine Navarro
