It was a very relaxing stay. The staff were very sweet and helpful at the front desk and even went above and beyond to make us comfortable and our stay more enjoyable. They answered any questions we had and informed us well about the property

There was one thing that kinda had me and my party raise an eyebrow was when we’re packing to leave and they called us to ask ‘how long will we be?’ It made me feel rushed. I was very much aware that we have a check out time and we still had about a good 40 minutes to leave

The staff was extremely friendly. I put in the comments that it was my partner’s birthday if they could put a little sign in the room. The woman at the front desk said happy birthday to him when we checked in. In the room there was a happy birthday sticker on the window and a notecard that said happy birthday Scott and had drawings of little Mickey Mouses it was placed with Doritos and chips ahoy cookies. The staff went above and beyond making him feel special. The hotel was clean, beautiful and the perfect location we were able to walk to Disneyland and downtown Disney each night!

Location was close to Disney Land, hotel was clean and rooms comfortable. This was my 3rd time stay at this location and will stay there again. The price is right and parking was free!

Staff was not welcoming and short with me when we checked in. I had booked two rooms which I prepaid for and the lady at the desk would not allow me to check in for both rooms. My son who was driving the car had to come in and pick up his key... we have the same last name didn't understand why he had to get out of the car and check in with his ID... We had a long drive to the hotel and my son was driving in LA traffic.

Staff attention and cleaning of the facilities in general

The hotel staff were incredibly friendly. Greeting us every time we walked into the hotel and anytime we needed something, they answered the phone promptly. The hotel is also very close to Disney , so this is a great budget option for people that want to be close to Disney but not overpay for that proximity.

The room could have been much cleaner. We found a key card in the garbage in our bedroom from the previous guest. There were stains on the tv stand and end tables and the bathroom floors smelled like it had been cleaned with a dirty mop. The curtains also had stains on it. The cleanliness of the room was the only thing that would make me second guess coming back because everything else about the hotel was perfect.

The rooms were clean and decent. We got two queen size beds. We stay 5 nights it’s closer to a plaza we walk to eat at restaurants there is a lot close by Walgreens Starbucks gas stations I hop. Disney parks were not really close walking we drove there under 10 minutes. They have gated parking in the basement which was a plus. They had a pool,workout room plus laundry on site. We informed the front desk about a leak in the ceiling in the shower they move us to another room right away. The staff was friendly they also clean the rooms daily we got new towels daily. Will definitely stay here again. The prices were good.

This is a quick walk to Disneyland. The hotel it self was clean and the rooms were spacious. We arrived right around 3-4pm before check-in and had no issues finding parking. I'm thinking if we were to have come later in the day, that would be a different scenario. Regardless, Free Parking is always a perk!

Slow elevator. The beds were not my favorite and a little springy. This is just a personal preference but the smell of the hand soap and the lotion were not for me but I have my own products so this is not a major issue.

The hotel was spotless clean and peaceful, shower was extraordinary but what made our stay special though were the staff from the reception to the room attendants who always have smiles on their faces and ready to welcome their guests. I also want to acknowledge the kind manager Ms Cleo making sure our stay is as comfortable as could be. Overall the hotel was small but the vibe is peaceful.

The staff was exceptional. The restaurant was delicious, fast, and affordable. The beds were comfortable, and the location was ideal. Overall, we were very happy with our stay here

The room upstairs was very noisy, and we were able to hear them jumping and running around early in the morning. 5am is too early for me. Maybe small kids can be downstairs as opposed to upstairs.

The staff were excellent. We had a small problem to start with and they sorted it out straight away. Only a 10min walk to Disneyland which was fantastic. Comfortable room and very comfortable bed! We will definitely stay here again next time we go to Disneyland.
