I had a very good stay at the hotel—it met my expectations nicely. The cleanliness of the hotel was good, providing a comfortable environment that had everything I needed for my visit. The staff were particularly welcoming, always ready to help with a smile, which made my stay quite pleasant. The hotel's location was a major highlight. It was conveniently close to the convention center and within walking distance to Disneyland, making it incredibly easy to balance work and some leisure time. Despite being centrally located, the hotel was pretty quiet. Overall, the hotel provided a solid experience with its friendly service, great location, and quiet atmosphere. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable place to stay in the area.

While I have nothing negative to say, it’s important to remember that this is still a motel. Set your expectations accordingly—while the accommodations are comfortable, don't anticipate luxury amenities like plush mattresses or high-end furnishings.

The place comes without breakfast but there are a lot of possibilities around the place to get a good breakfast. The hotel provides free coffee in the morning which helps on the walk to Disneyland or to the next breakfast place. The proximity to Disneyland is top - we did not need a taxi to go back and forth between the hotel and Disneyland. The staff is super friendly and the cleanliness of the room is superb. Other than that, the place is not the Hyatt or the Ritz, but it provides a very good basecamp for Disneyland. There are rental car places, restaurants and groceries nearby. When we come back to Disneyland, we will definitely try to book this place again. The room has a good size fridge, so bring your restaurant remainings, cool them and reheat them in the microwave, shop some beers or whatever.

The pool could have been a little bit warmer. I guess in summer that's not a problem, but in march it was too cold for me. Our son still enjoyed it. That means, it is usable, but did not meet my expectation.

Very clean, near 7/11 and CVS. 15 minute walk to Disney. Comfy beds and you have everything you need; mini fridge, coffee machine, and microwave satellite tv . The front desk staff are all very friendly and accommodating.

The walls are thin, you cannot hear conversations but you can hear movement and steps.

The hotel was simple but had everything we needed for a good night’s rest and a hot shower after long days at the parks. The rooms were very clean, and the location was excellent — just a short walk to Disneyland. There were also several convenience stores nearby, which was really handy. We had no issues with parking either. It was a great stay for what we needed!

The only downside for me was the air conditioning — in my opinion, it didn’t cool the room very well. If I had stayed during the summer, I probably would have had trouble sleeping. But that’s a personal preference — if you’re not picky about A/C, it likely won’t be an issue.

wonderful customer service from the front desk both night and day staff. Genuinely friendly and very accommodating and attentive. Had a delivery prior to our late night arrival and it was seamless. Fresh coffee available in the mornings. Incredibly clean and updated room with thoughtful and modern touches. Disney pictures on the walls and welcoming decor. comfortable beds with great pillows, great open closet design for hanging clothes and getting ready. adjustable mirror for doing hair was a big plus. loved the desk area with chair in the room for doing makeup. probably one of the best features was the bathroom window could be opened to help ventilation after showering. Daily housekeeping of making beds and replenishing towels was lovely and prompt, always was done and perfectly timed while we were away. we felt very safe here and it was super quiet, couldn’t hear neighboring rooms or the road. Easy walk around the corner to the front park entrances or down Katella to Downtown Disney were both very easy and approx 3/4 mile. Nearby 7-11, and CVS for any sudden needs. overall we were so thrilled to have stayed here, you can tell the owners put a lot of care and time into creating a great stay for their guests and we look forward to the next trip.

Not a very inviting or large pool, although I’m sure clean and no hot tub but that is ok! hotel is small and they utilize the space they have for parking and we look forward to the free parking on another trip (we flew this time).

Front desk was friendly and nice to deal with. Room was large and clean, with a good bathroom with a clean shower and tub. We liked the bed pillows – motel pillows are usually too thick or too thin or lumpy, but these were a perfect size and the right level of soft. Proximity to Disneyland made travel to/from the parks and Downtown Disney convenient, even on foot. And with free parking, we parked our car and just left it all week. Very nice.

No on-prem breakfast. Beds were a touch too firm for my liking. Refrigerator wasn't very cold, even when turned to its maximum setting.

Perfect stay! The room was impeccably clean! From the walls to the floor (no carpet!), there was not an ounce of dust or debris to be found. The generous sized refrigerator and microwave allowed us the opportunity to save time and money by preparing meals in our room. The walk to the parks is quick and easy! Most importantly, every single staff member we encountered was amazing! They were all kind, helpful, and seem to be genuinely good people. We love to visit Disneyland, and I am so happy to have found our new home away from home at the Alpine Inn! 

The oroperty is amazingly clean, quiet, small parking lot but ample space, very safe area and walkable to Disneyland in 15 min. The staff go above and beyond to serve their guests. The beds are very comfortable. Water pressure in the shower is wonderful! The day we arrived we had notified the facility that we needed HC parking. When we got there we were met by an employee who had placed a pylon to reserve us the space to park and deploy our lift. The room access was great. Door was easy open from a wheelchair (some difficulty closing it from the outside due to angle but doable) laundry is not wheelchair accessible but we needed a blanket of my daughters washed and the employee took and washed it for us.

The location is fantastic, especially for the price!! Granted, it's because the hotel itself is very basic and nothing to write home about, but I appreciated the efforts they made to make it cute and Disney-fied with some wall art here and there. The free coffee and tea (& hot chocolate) was nice in the morning, although for some reason I had higher expectations for the hot chocolate to not just be the powder in the packet that you mix with water. I did like that they offer discounted parking vouchers nearby if the lot is full and you can't leave your car there during the day after check-out.

Very very basic, but the location made it worth it. I also felt that it was odd when even though one employee on the phone mentioned the parking vouchers to me, they were never offered by either of the 2 staff members I talked to about parking when I was there. I had to specifically ask about the vouchers and both employees had a sort of "Oh yeah, that!" reaction. I couldn't help but wonder if they really both forgot or if they were trying not to give those out, but why not offer a perk that makes staying at your hotel worthwhile?
