Left my son s spider man toy that he got for b day but went back and was unable to retrieve it

Security guard appeared when we were delayed getting out of room due to my disabled son and felt like he was harassing us despite advising front desk. We will never return to this hotel.

Enamel paint pealing in bathtub and sink, no microwave, fridge smells funky, patio furniture on decks moulding. Vending machines did not work

One night we came back from Disney park at 11:30pm. We asked the woman at reception if she could open the shop for us to buy some water. The shop has a sign on it saying open all hours, just ask reception. The receptionist told us she would not open the shop, and for us to use a vending machine. We tried the vending machines but they were empty, i went back to reception to tell the receptionist this and could she please open the shop to let us buy water, again she said no Pretty frustrating

The only thing that I didn’t care for was our building “Oasis” did not have an ice maker and the soda/water machine was broken. I called to the front to find out where ice was (next buildings on either side of us) but my daughter is in a wheelchair full time and has 3rd degree burns. I didn’t want to leave her alone so they sent someone to our room with ice.

We have stayed at this Hotel about 5 times now, Each time it has been a pleasant experience, The only issue we had last time was the AC unit wouldn't let us adjust the heat temp so it was a little cool. The staff are always very friendly- the pool is excellent, The yard is always clean and the little store has all the little things you may forget at home. Its close to the park for walking distance and a plus with the EV chargers for our Tesla. Front Staff- Maids- Parking staff- they are all above standard when it comes to customer service. We do not drink but had a mock tail made at the bar- A mock tail Miami Vice- The bar tender wasn't familiar with this drink but we gave him the recipe and he made it perfect! Starbucks is right around the corner also for a quick hot coffee or they offer coffee to its just no longer complementary. What I did enjoy was the HOT coco they offered and was complementary on the cold days getting back into the lobby after a fun day at Disney. Great views from the pool area for Fire works and you can even lay in your bed from some rooms to see them, I would definitely recommend this establishment to others - Its is a great place, decent price and nice and clean. They also are dog and service animal friendly.

The ice machine was down outside our room so we had to walk to the lobby for ice, the the reception staff were super kind to fill it up for us- and the shower water was so strong it was a tad painful when the water hit in the shower.

Great location lots of restaurants around within walking distance many choices for food. A five minute walk to the front entrance of Disney, did not need to drive anywhere once we were parked at the hotel. And an awesome pool with hot tub beautiful scenery with a tropical feel.

The room we were in had an AC and heater wall unit. I got a little cold at night and turned on the heat. Which sent off an electric smell through the room and turned on the smoke alarm. The downfall of the trip.

My experience at The Anaheim Hotel exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived we were given excellent customer service from both Christopher and Orlando. The security in the parking lot always greeted us as well as the front desk staff. Candy the manager was also very helpful and friendly. The hotel has many amenities including a gym, pool, and an on-site restaurant. The hotel store was a major plus for us, it was well stocked with many necessities. The rooms were slightly dated but very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable! I have stayed at almost every Disney good neighbor hotel and this has been my favorite so far. I will definitely be back for future stays!

Rooms are slightly dated specially the bathroom. Tiles were chipped, countertops were chipped and the bathtub was peeling

The hotel is conveniently located near the convention center and even provides a shuttle service, which was very helpful. The room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable. The staff was always friendly and responsive to our needs.

We experienced constant issues with our room key failing every time we tried to use it. The staff mentioned that this was normal due to an outdated system—they should definitely consider updating it. The paid breakfast is offered by the pizza restaurant in the hotel, but it’s very limited and overpriced—not worth it in my opinion. Additionally, the gym is quite small and doesn’t accommodate the number of guests the hotel can hold.

You can’t get any closer to Disneyland! It’s definitely a faster walk from here than any of the Disneyland Hotels. I enjoyed the porch space we had with our room. The pool was a generous size. We didn’t try the pizza place next door but it looked great and there’s tons of eating places within walking distance.

When we first arrived, I felt like the room could have been cleaner….but the cleanliness improved the next day. Honestly, they need to add more washers and dryers. They have the room.

It's a very short walk to the Disneyland Resort and California Adventure Park. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Even though the hotel is a very short walk to Disneyland it is quiet and comfortable, great for unwinding after a busy day at the parks. One huge bonus for me is that the rooms have balconies, the only hotel near Disneyland I have found that has that perk. I stay here everytime I am visiting the Disney properties.

Maybe just minor updating in the rooms, nothing drastic. Just a minor refurbishment.
