We appreciated the extra security with someone always at the front desk and the doors being locked after a certain time. The covered parking in the back was nice and easy access to the back of the property. The continental breakfast was always really yummy. My favorite was the spicy salsa that was available. Whenever they were out of a food item, the staff was quick to replenish it.

The property isn’t the best for light sleepers. I found myself constantly getting woken up by heavy foot steps at all hours of the night and inconsiderate people slamming their door shut. Compared to other hotels/motels that I’ve stayed at, this one lacks the most in sound proofing between their walls and floors.

Staff was awesome and even left balloons and goodie bag for our birthday girl ! Room was clean as it always is when we stay , spacious too . Lobby is welcoming and comfy . Breakfast is well appreciated . Lots of options and delicious as usual . Love the roof top seating too. Park is so close can see the backside of DCA. Parking availability by entrance in a well lit and safe area. Beautiful pool that’s indoor and heated . Walk to park is short and convenient but when needed Uber is only $7 for 5 persons.

Very close to Disneyland AND Downtown Disney!! (BTW, Goofy's Kitchen parking is now at the Disneyland Hotel. They can only validate parking for that lot.) It was a nice walk to and from the parks. A quick stay, but our 2bd/2ba suite was perfect for our party of 8 (4 girls/4 boys). And having a door to close the rooms to the Jill-Jane styled bathrooms was nice. Sinks were open, but each toilet/shower had its own door. BREAKFAST OS ON THE FIFTH FLOOR!!! 😂 But it is delicious and hot and hearty. That helped our large family start the day in the park off right.

You walked THROUGH the first room and bathrooms to get to the second room. Thank goodness we're family and none of us had to leave for an early flight. Otherwise we'd be walking through the front bedroom to leave. The homeless situation is getting ridiculous around the area. In the dumpster area, one homeless man was peeing with his pants at his ankles. It's a good thing we have only small boys and all the females are grown. That would have been an awkward conversation. If you're going to charge me a resort "parking" fee, maintain the lots so we don't have to see this!! Or hire security!! Something!

Our granddaughters loved having bunk beds and their own tv in the room. The king bed was comfortable and the overall size of the room was very good. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We appreciated having breakfast included. There are many options including eggs, sausage, potatoes, cereal, yogurt, waffles, etc. It was a nice touch that they had a scavenger hunt for the kids in the lobby. So much fun for the girls.

For some reason the air conditioning didn't blow very well in our room and in an attempt to keep our room cool the bunk bed room got extremely cold. We struggled to find a happy medim. Everything else was great.

The hotel is very close to Disneyland. Although the room is a bit small, the value for money is excellent compared to the surrounding hotels. I must mention that the staff here are extremely friendly. My car was scratched by another vehicle in the parking lot, and the front desk staff helped me file an incident report and actively assisted in contacting the rental car company to handle the situation. I am very grateful for their help! I would definitely stay at this hotel again on my next visit to Disneyland. By the way, the hotel lobby has some hidden Disney-themed Easter eggs, which are really fun!

We stayed here for 9 nights.... Great locationto everything - resturants, parks, short drive to anywhere. breakfast was great - good to start day Room was well presented and maintained. Great pressure in shower, bed comfy Staff were so helpful and friendly. Undercover parking Food hall onsite was excellent and well priced, and they were very accomodating. Very polite as you entered and exited. nothing was too hard - we loved the place and will be back!

There is nothing we didnt love about this place...

Room was fabulous, distance to Disneyland is great (10 min walk to the front gate, no bus needed, 7-11 next door, Walgreens, Coffee Bean, and CVS right across the street) bathroom was SPOTLESS, breakfast was more than just muffins n coffee/water (thank goodness for protein for the kids!) they had a buffet, an outside area, an indoor eating area, waffle maker, THE BREAKFAST STAFF IS AMAZING!!!! >>>> HARDWORKING, FRIENDLY, AND ATTENTIVE! Plus coffee upon arrival of hotel check in too! The pool is enclosed within the hotel and kinda fun how it's nestled inside :) Plenty of room, cable tv, ac, outlets, tons of pillows, fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, closet, instead of a metal folding luggage rack we had a granite bench SO RAD desk, chair, free internet, a business center/computer, giant lobby with photo ops, luggage storage at the front desk, and even a shop downstairs with things like ANKER supplies, food, toiletries etc. FRONT DESK STAFF WERE A+.

My kid got online, but I couldn't access the wifi. :( NOT A BIG DEAL, at all. I even thought I was an idiot and had my kiddo try for me, but to no avail. and I WISHED UPON A STAR for scrambled eggs, but breakfast had omelettes everyday ;) I know it sounds bratty LOL but i mixed my potatoes and omelettes and it was delicious ;) So, if thats the ONLY DOWNSIDE, THATS PRETTY AMAZING

The amount of space for my family

The huge gap under the door I could see the hallway made me question how safe the door was.

Easy 10 to 15 minute walk from disney, depending on how fast your walking and the free breakfast is always Great and much appreciated before you start your disney adventure!!! This is our 4th stay at this hotel. we have always loved this location!

My only issue was the shower was slightly broken very hard to turn on and change the water temperature. BUT IT WASN'T THAT BIG OF A DEAL! I am MORE THEN SURE, that if we would have reach out to the front desk, they would have addressed this immediately!

Always has been my favorite hotel while visiting Disneyland. Due to price we have tried others but always end up back. Also have stayed at Disney Hotel and this is not any less of a nice stay . Friendly & helpful staff always. Convenient walk to the park , spacious rooms that are always clean , nice pool , great breakfast with lots of choices along with many tables including rooftop patio with some view of Disney rides. Still our # 1 !
